After discussing Josh’s safety with Reva Billy visits Josh to tell him Jeffery has arranged for him to be placed in solitary confinement. Josh is against the idea at first but realizes he is in harm’s way if he doesn’t do something. Cassie vents to Reva about the trouble she is having dealing with Josh’s situation. Later Cassie learns from Lizzie that Alan and Beth are going to try and make an honest go of their relationship. Cassie goes to Chicago and checks into the room next to Alan’ s to spy on him. Reva goes to the prison for another conjugal visit. Josh is happy to see Reva then decides it would be best if she leave. Reva refuses and pulls a bottle of whiskey out of her purse that she slipped past the guards. They drink from the bottle and share a few laughs.

Dinah is racked with guilt over her involvement in the theft of Vanessa and Matt’s money. Mallet tries to ease her mind but not being completely truthful Dinah explains Cyrus wouldn’t have come to town if it weren’t for her. Vanessa is more hurt than angry about Matt keeping secrets from her but her sadness soon turns to anger when Matt tells her he used Maureen’s trust fund as collateral with Finch. Matt rushes to Dinah and Mallet’s suite to ask for Dinah to help him find Cyrus. When Dinah claims she has no way of getting in touch with Cyrus Matt becomes angry and shakes Dinah blaming her for his life being ruined. Vanessa enters with Matt’s suitcases in hand. Vanessa is so angry she cannot live with him anymore. Dinah tries to convince her that everything will turn out okay but Vanessa is determined to send her husband away.

Cyrus stays with Marina leaving her side only to make an anonymous 911 call to get help for the injured detective. When medics arrive Cyrus slips behind a stack of boxes and watches as medics treat her. Marina has handcuffed herself to the suitcase that contained the stolen money. Somehow in the chaos Cyrus transferred the money into a crate, securing it for himself. Marina is rushed to the hospital and Frank frantically makes his way to his daughter’s side. Frank is devastated to learn the bullet from the shot he fired off outside of the warehouse was the bullet that struck Marina. Marina is upset that Cyrus got away with the money but owes him for her surviving. Cyrus lays low in the warehouse and listens to Marina’s status on a police scanner.
