Ian: Are you sure about what you saw, Lucy?

Lucy: Yeah, oh, yeah. I am 1,000% sure. I'm positive. Rebecca was holding a candle in her lap. She had it clasped in her hands and now the candle is gone. I -- I would bet my life on it.

Ian: I believe you.

Lucy: Look, I know imagine things sometimes and I blow things up and --

Ian: I said I believe you.

Lucy: You do? Thank you. Thank you.

Ian: Ok, ok --

Lucy: Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Ian: All right. It's ok.

Lucy: Ok.

Ian: But how does it help us find Kevin?

Lucy: Uh -- I know the candle is important. I can feel it.

Ian: Let's say you're right about that. Let's say the candle is important. Where is it now?

Jamal: I think I know.

Lucy: Jamal?

Jamal: Yeah. I threw it away.

Jack: Gosh. What is taking so long? You got to be kidding me. It's a burger. That's all it is, a burger.

Jack: Hey.

Alison: I -- I didn't even see you when I walked in.

Jack: Yeah. Mind if I join you? I'm just waiting on a burger before I head back to my place and start developing --

Alison: Some more pictures.

Jack: Yeah.

Alison: Oh.

Jack: Hey, aren't you supposed to be up at Ian's cabin relaxing until the hearing starts?

Alison: Yeah, it -- it, like, didn't work out.

Jack: Oh. So you didn't like it out there?

Alison: Yeah -- no. You know, it had some problems.

Jack: Ah, you drove all the way up there and --

Alison: Yeah, but it's ok, you know? It was a -- it was a nice drive.

Jack: Oh. Well, hey, I mean, if you're not going to use it, I could sure use some time away. I think I --

Alison: No.

Jack: Well, I'll talk to Ian. I don't --

Alison: No, you can't. Livvie's up there.

Jack: You got to be kidding me. Alison, come with me a second.

Alison: Where?

Jack: We're going to go up there and we're going to throw her out.

Alison: No -- you -- we can't.

Jack: The hell we can't.

Alison: Jack, she's not alone.

Jack: What?

Alison: She's not alone. She's got another guy up there.

Rafe: Wait, wait, wait. Hold on.

Livvie: Hey, it's true, Rafe.

Rafe: You're saying we -- that you and I --

Livvie: Yeah, as much as two people could ever be. We meant everything to each other, everything.

Rafe: Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. So how come when you found me in the woods and you knew I had lost my memory, how come you just didn't tell me right away?

Livvie: Because I was worried. I had already dumped so much on you about Alison and her lies and how she murdered my father. I mean, I couldn't keep pushing when you were already freaked out about losing your memory, could I? Hey, look at me. Please, Rafe. All I want is what's best for you. You trust me, don't you?

Rafe: No.

Livvie: Rafe --

Rafe: There's something you're not telling me.

Livvie: No, you're wrong! Please, you have to believe me.

Rafe: No -- and I don't know why, but I just -- I have a feeling it has something to do with this Alison person.

Livvie: Trust me.

Rafe: I'm right, aren't I? I know I'm right. Somehow, some way, I know in my heart I am connected to Alison.

Jamal: And that's when Alison told me Rebecca had given her the candle.

Lucy: Ok, did she tell you why?

Jamal: All she said was Rebecca told her it was important. That's all I know, I'm sorry.

Ian: What happened next?

Jamal: Well, that's when I threw it into the woods.

Lucy: Oh.

Jamal: Look, what would you guys have done? I thought Alison was freaking out. I mean, she was talking about magic candles and talking portrait stuff. I thought she was going crazy.

Ian: Never mind all that. What did the candle look like?

Jamal: Like all the other ones, I guess.

Lucy: What color? Can you remember what color or maybe did you turn it over? Was there something written on the bottom?

Jamal: It was like a -- it was like a whitish kind of color. Look, I'm sorry. Look, like I said, I wasn't paying much attention, ok? But the one thing I do know for sure is that Alison did come here to talk to Rebecca about Kevin. Ok? I thought that she might have said something about --

Lucy: About? About?

Jamal: Rebecca, yeah.

Lucy: Doc's disappearance. It all makes sense.

Ian: Sense?

Lucy: Yes, enough sense that it gives us something to go on. Come on, Jamal. You're coming with me.

Jamal: Where are we going?

Lucy: Listen, if we find that candle, maybe we find a way to find Doc, so you're going to show us where you threw the candle. Come on!

Rafe: Answer me, Livvie. I want the truth, all of it, now!

Livvie: Ok! Ok! You were involved with Alison.

Rafe: Thank you.

Livvie: She had just broken up with another guy when you met. And she turned to you.

Rafe: And we got together.

Livvie: I was involved with someone else, too, when we first met.

Rafe: But we didn't let that stop us.

Livvie: No. We knew right away. And we tried to fight it, but when you have the kind of love we do, it just -- it feels so right.

Rafe: Ok, but -- but then what happened, I mean, with Alison?

Livvie: Well, you -- you tried to let her down easy, the best you could. But she wouldn't let go. She pretended like she was a wounded bird, like she needed your protection.

Rafe: Did I ever love her?

Livvie: No. I think you felt sorry for her more than anything.

Rafe: So then she let me go.

Livvie: Not before she got even.

Rafe: Your father?

Livvie: I took away someone that she loved so she took someone I loved away from me. That's why she killed him, Rafe -- because of you and me.

Alison: Jack, are you ok?

Jack: Who is it, Alison?

Alison: I don't know.

Jack: Come on, just tell me.

Alison: No, I'm serious. I really don't know because I didn't go inside.

Jack: But she admitted --

Alison: Well, I mean, I heard somebody in there and then -- yeah, she admitted it. I'm really, really sorry.

Jack: It's ok.

Alison: I mean, I -- I didn't even actually want to say anything to you. I didn't want you to know, but I would never want you to walk in on something like that, you know?

Jack: Well, I really appreciate it. I mean, I really can't say anything. Livvie can do whatever she wants. I mean, we're over, you know? It's --

Alison: Don't -- you don't have to do that. Don't play tough with me. Ok? I know this has to hurt.

Jack: You know what, Alison? I just don't get it. You know, I know we split up, ok? I know we went our separate ways and it was mutual and -- but there's just no way that I would go off and hook up with someone this fast.

Alison: I know.

Jack: I mean, it's like it means nothing.

Alison: I know, and everything that she's done to both of us and what she's turning into right now, I wouldn't even be able to begin to explain what's going on with her or try and figure her out or anything.

Jack: But now I know.

Alison: Right.

Jack: Which still doesn't give Livvie any right to be shacking up in Ian's cabin.

Alison: What are you getting at?

Jack: Well, back to my first instinct. We are going to go up there and we're going to kick her and whoever she's with out on their butts.

Ian: Nothing on this side. Anything over there?

Lucy: No, not anything yet, but I'm sure I'll find -- ow!

Jamal: All right. Nothing over there.

Ian: Are you sure you threw it this direction?

Jamal: Yeah, yeah, it was straight out of the barn. It was this direction right here.

Lucy: Hey, could you two please stop talking so much and continue to look.

Ian: We've done all we can for one night, I think.

Lucy: No, we haven't!

Jamal: Look, Lucy, it's pitch dark. Even if the candle was out here, we could step right over it and not even know it.

Ian: We'll start again in the morning, ok?

Lucy: No, no! Keep looking. I'll tell you what -- Jamal, if you want to leave, I'll be right here in the morning. You can come back then, ok?

Ian: Well --

Jamal: Ok. Let me know if you guys find anything, all right?

Ian: All right.

Lucy: All right. How about plan B, ok? We walk shoulder to shoulder, right, and we make kind of a grid. We form a grid and then we can find it easier.

Ian: You know I'm not going to leave you out here by yourself. You know that, right?

Lucy: Yeah. And you know I'm not going to leave. I'm not going to end up in my cushy bed that I'm supposed to be sharing with Doc -- where he's possibly hurt and out there and I'm this close to a clue! I have to find a clue.

Ian: Listen to me.

Lucy: No, I don't want to listen. I want to find the candle and that's what I'm going to do. I'm going to find it.

Ian: Searching like this isn't helping anyone.

Lucy: We don't have anything else to do, do we? I can't think of nothing, nothing better to do.

Ian: Who said anything about doing nothing? Come with me.

Lucy: Wait -- but no. We have to find the candle.

Ian: Come with me. I have a plan.

Alison: This isn't a good idea, Jack.

Jack: The hell it isn't, all right? Livvie -- we're going to go up there and throw her out so you can get the rest you need.

Alison: No, that's not what this is about. You just want to see who she's with.

Jack: Ok, yeah, maybe I do, all right? But she has no right to be there.

Alison: She's not worth it, not at all, not anymore.

Jack: Alison, but she's --

Alison: Hey, you really need to forget about it. Forget about all of it.

Jack: I just wish it were easy.

Alison: I know. And I'm really sorry. Are you going to be ok?

Jack: Yeah. Yeah.

Alison: Are you going to be at the hearing tomorrow?

Jack: Sure. We'll all be there.

Alison: Ok. Listen, I'm just going to go -- I'm going to go put some water on my face and I'm going to get going. Are you going to be all right?

Jack: Hey. Don't worry. I'm going to be fine.

Alison: Ok. Bye.

Jack: Bye.

Rafe: I can't believe that your father's dead because of me.

Livvie: No. Rafe, it wasn't you. It's because of her. Alison killed my father. And no matter what she did, I will never, ever be sorry for loving you.

Rafe: But she killed your father.

Livvie: And she won't get away with it.

Rafe: I don't understand. You say I cared about this girl. How could I if she did something like that?

Livvie: Rafe --

Rafe: No, I'm going to talk to her.

Livvie: No. No, you can't. I won't let you.

Rafe: Whoa. Why?

Livvie: Why? Because she's a liar, that's why. She'll just keep lying and lying. She just twists and turns things around. You don't know how desperate she is. Rafe, she'll do anything. Please, you can't go anywhere near her. You don't know what kind of monster she's turned into.

Rafe: Hey, hey, hey, hey. I'm not afraid of her or anything, ok?

Livvie: No. Please, I am. Please, sweetheart, just stay here and hold me, please.

Rafe: No --

Livvie: Don't go anywhere.

Rafe: No, no, no. I can't. I can't. Look, I know you're trying to help me, but I can't walk away from this, not this kind of evil. Ok? I have to face it. It's in my blood. It's the way I was taught.

Livvie: That's because of who you are --

Rafe: Well --

Livvie: Because you're a vampire slayer and that's what makes you want to do --

Rafe: You know that? I -- I told you that?

Livvie: Yeah, of course. We share everything.

Rafe: Yeah, but -- if you know that, if -- if I told you my deepest secret --

Livvie: We never keep secrets. Rafe, we tell each other everything. Trust me, please. You always have, just like I trust you with my life and my heart and my soul. You knew you were safe. You knew your secrets were safe.

Rafe: I just -- I wish I could remember. I wish I could --

Livvie: Shh. Shh. I got a better idea. Something that I think just might jog that memory of yours.

Ian: All right.

Lucy: Ok, I'm back here. What is -- what's your plan?

Ian: Bear with me. I think we should act out what happened that day when Kevin disappeared.

Lucy: I don't think I could do that. I can't.

Ian: Trust me. Come on.

Lucy: For Doc, I'll try.

Ian: Ok, look at me. All right. You're Alison. You would be --

Lucy: Ok, Alison.

Ian: Set right here.

Lucy: Right, right. And what --

Ian: Ok.

Lucy: So Doc is what?

Ian: I'll be Doc, all right?

Lucy: Ok.

Ian: I'll be -- I'll be here. I'll be somewhere in here.

Lucy: Right, ok.

Ian: Now, they were talking, right?

Lucy: Sure. Yeah, they were talking and Doc asked her to close up the shop.

Ian: Close up the shop. And then -- then the pitchfork fell, hit him, cut him.

Lucy: Right, and he was bleeding quite a bit and it bled on his sweater.

Ian: And he went outside and he got a bandage. Ok.

Lucy: And he left the sweater because he didn't come back in with the sweater.

Ian: But then he came back and they talked some more.

Lucy: Yeah, and he got -- I -- Alison agreed to close the shop.

Ian: Right. Then they hugged. He -- they hugged. Ok?

Lucy: Yeah. Right.

Ian: Right.

Lucy: Ok. Oh, and then Alison -- she went to the back because she was going to get her things.

Ian: Yeah. She went to the back, left Kevin here. She left Kevin alone with Rebecca. She left Kevin alone with Rebecca.

Lucy: And Alison came back, and we don't really know what happened next because she wasn't here to see it, so I don't know.

Ian: Then Rebecca stepped out of the painting and she lit a candle. And I --

Lucy: "I?"

Ian: I disappeared.

Lucy: Wait, wait a minute. What do you mean "I" disappeared?

Ian: Hmm. I miss you, Lucy. I'm lost and I can't find my way home. I need your help, Lucy.

Alison: Star light, star bright, first star I see tonight. I wish I may, I wish I might. Oh, it's useless.

Jamal: Hey, Ali, I thought you were supposed to be over at the place.

Alison: Yeah. I was. It just -- you know, it's a long story.

Jamal: Oh. Ok. Look, sorry about whatever, but, hey, good news. I saw Lucy over at the barn.

Alison: At the barn?

Jamal: Yeah, yeah, and Ian, too. And you know that candle you were talking about that Rebecca gave to you and everything?

Alison: You know what, Jamal? I'm sorry. I can't do this right now. I'm sorry, I just -- ok?

Jamal: Hey, come on. Hey. It's cool. No, no. You ok?

Alison: No. I'm not. I'm just sitting here trying to figure out what I'm supposed to do next or what's supposed to happen.

Jamal: And what did you come up with?

Alison: Nothing. Not a single thing. I don't know what I'm supposed to do, I don't know where I'm supposed to go.

Jamal: Well, hey, you're here with me and that's ok, right? Look, listen, Ali. I'm right here, right now. You don't have to say or do anything or feel like you got to be strong -- not for me and certainly not for anybody else, not even for yourself. Just -- just be. Ok, just -- just let it go. You know why? Because in the end, it's all going to work out ok anyway. Trust me.

Alison: Mm-hmm.

Jamal: I'm here for you, ok?

Alison: Just hold me.

Rafe: Livvie, wait. Wait.

Livvie: No. Rafe, please. Just go with it. Go with it. It's been so long. I need you so much. Please, it'll help you remember.

Jack: Oh, my God.

>> On the next "Port Charles" --

Livvie: It was Jack. He saw me.

Rafe: Well, all right, all right -- who's Jack, and why are you so upset?

Ian: I'm lost.

Lucy: Doc, is that you?

Ian: Yeah.
