Ian: o/~ Dum, dum dum, dum, dum o/~

Eve: Would you stop it? Are you sure Nancy Neumann's not going to miss this thing?

Karen: No, no. We'll have it back before she knows it.

Eve: Oh, watch your driving. You got to go that way. Go that way. Now it's --

Ian: Hey.

Colleen: Hi, guys.

Eve: Oh, hi, Colleen.

Karen: Hey.

Colleen: What are you doing?

Karen: Uh -- nothing, really. Do you have a room available?

Colleen: Available for what?

Karen: Just -- uh -- it's legitimate.

Eve: Yeah. Sure.

Colleen: Uh-huh. Uh-huh. With him involved? I don't think so.

Karen: It's hospital business. Cross my heart.

Colleen: Ok. Then you've got to let me know what it is as soon as you do.

Eve: What? What -- what what is?

Colleen: If it's a boy or a girl. 614 is open.

Eve: Thanks, Colleen.

Ian: Right.

Karen: That way.

Eve: Ok. Let's go over there.

Karen: No, no, no.

Ian: I'll go this way.

Eve: Can you drive backwards?

Lucy: Livvie will be down in just a minute.

Gabriela: Oh, good. I was afraid I'd come at a bad time.

Lucy: No, not at all. Do you want something -- something to drink?

Gabriela: No, thanks, but there is something else I'd like.

Lucy: What's that?

Gabriela: For you to accept my apology. My performance at the Nurses Ball was a little --

Lucy: Hmm. Does the word "inappropriate" ring a bell?

Gabriela: I don't know what got into me. It must've been the tequila shooters I downed for courage.

Lucy: Well, we saw a lot of that on you and a lot of other things not on you.

Gabriela: I'm really sorry.

Lucy: Well, you know, I have done a few things up on that stage that I'd just as soon forget myself.

Gabriela: Then you're not mad at me?

Lucy: No, I can't be mad at anybody at this point. Listen, we raised more money than ever for the Nurses Ball, despite everything that happened.

[Phone rings]

Lucy: Excuse me, I need to get this. Hello. Yes, this is Lucy. Madame Alicia, thank you so much for getting back to me so quickly. Listen, could you just hold on a minute? I have to take this. Excuse me.

Gabriela: Oh, take your time.

Lucy: Ok, thanks. Hi. Listen, this is going to be very interesting to you and very important. Hi. Listen, I am the person that you connected with so strongly last night on your psychic show. You know, your television infomercial thingy? Yes! Yes, exactly. About the baby boy and this -- yes, that's it. And listen, the stranger -- that's something I'm getting -- no, I want your help on the stranger, but -- I know it's $1.99 a minute, but that's not the point. That's not what -- no. Madame Alicia, listen to me. You said yourself we had a very strong connection, and I feel it, too. That's why I really believe you're the only person I can trust with this. Terrific. I would love to meet with you. I -- I have to go to General Hospital, and then I could meet you at the Recovery Room, say, two hours? Terrific. Yeah, I know I sound a little anxious to meet with you, but I am very anxious because I really have a feeling that this is something that is very, very urgent.

Livvie: Gabby. Hey, what's up?

Gabriela: Livvie, hi. I'm sorry for popping over without calling first, but I found this at the Nurses Ball, and I've been trying to get it back to you forever.

Livvie: Thanks, but it's not mine.

Gabriela: It's not?

Livvie: I've never seen it before.

Gabriela: Really? I could've sworn I saw you wearing it.

Livvie: Nope.

Gabriela: Boy, I must really be losing it. Ever since I started seeing this new guy, I can't even think straight.

Livvie: A new guy? I thought you and Joe were --

Gabriela: Well, we were. We were, but there's somebody else now. And, Livvie, he is just so amazing.

Livvie: I thought Joe was pretty amazing.

Gabriela: Yeah, he was, in his sweet, boy-next-door kind of a way. But this guy -- I don't even know how to describe it. He's -- he is beyond handsome, beyond sexy, and, oh, my God, he has got the most incredible blue eyes I have ever seen. They just draw you in like I don't know what. It's nothing I've ever experienced before. But I probably shouldn't be talking like this so soon after --

Livvie: No, please. Tell me more.

Sam: Jack, I know you're probably a little mad at me, but I don't want any trouble.

Jack: Too late, Sam.

Sam: I don't want any more trouble. I mean, I've seen what you can do.

Jack: You haven't seen the half of it.

Sam: I don't have any money on me. I can get you some, whatever you want. Just leave me alone.

Jack: I don't want your money.

Sam: Then what do you want?

Jack: Hmm -- someone just like you.

Sam: What?

Jack: Someone who doesn't deserve to live.

Jamal: Jack -- I can't let you kill anybody.

[Sam screams]

Jamal: Jack, no!

Jack: I had to do it, Jamal. I had to find some miserable person who no one would miss.

Jamal: What, somebody to kill?

Jack: Yeah.

Jamal: Jack, where is she? Where's the lady that screamed? What did you do to her?

Jack: I did nothing. All right, I didn't do anything.

Jamal: What?

Jack: Jamal, man, I had a chance. Sam was right here. I was hungry for blood, man. I wanted to kill her.

Jamal: No, no, no. You didn't want to. You thought you had to, Jack.

Jack: I do have to. Jamal, I have to kill in order to cross over to be like him.

Jamal: You don't want to be like Caleb. You don't want to be a freaking vampire, man.

Jack: Jamal, that's the only way I have against him. That's the only chance I stand. But I didn't do it. I just let it go.

Jamal: You couldn't do it, huh?

Jack: No. I couldn't.

Jamal: Look, Jack, you did the right thing, ok? Sam -- she's not my favorite person, but killing her's not right, man.

Jack: So what do we do now, Jamal? Huh? How do we stop Caleb from getting to Livvie and turning her -- man, I'm not going to let this happen. I won't.

Jamal: Livvie would never want you to kill anybody, Jack.

Jack: There's no other way, Jamal.

Jamal: Look, I saw what happened to her when she thought she lost you. Ok? It destroyed her. If you love her as much as you say you do, you wouldn't put her through that again. Besides, Jack, she's safe now. She's at her dad's. Ok? That'll give us some time -- time enough to figure out what to do with Caleb.

Jack: Yeah, she's safe. Caleb can't get to her at Kevin's.

Gabriela: Have you ever met someone and just instantly you knew you would follow them to the ends of the earth, no matter what? Someone who filled you with the most exquisite longing you have ever known, who makes you feel like nothing matters? Nothing except the powerful connection the two of you share?

Livvie: Yes. Yes, I have. I have Jack. Jack makes me feel that way.

Gabriela: No.

Livvie: Excuse me?

Gabriela: What I'm talking about, it's not like that. It's not like being with an ordinary man. It's different.

Livvie: Well, different how?

Gabriela: This man has a way of looking at me like he sees right through me, right to my very soul. And when he touches me, it's electric. I want nothing more than to be his, totally and completely his.

Gabriela: Just thinking about him fills me with the most incredible excitement. I would give anything to see him again.

Livvie: I -- I know exactly how you feel.

Caleb: So, you're here.

Michael: You can't run from me, Caleb.

Caleb: Apparently I can.

Michael: I know what you're doing. It's not going to work.

Caleb: It's already working, Michael. Pretty soon, Olivia will be mine. And after that, I'll finally have a family of my own.

Lucy: Did Gabby already leave?

Livvie: Yeah, she -- she had to get over to G.H.

Lucy: Oh, really? Well, that's where I'm headed. I have a meeting thingy there, and then I have another appointment a little later. Are you all right?

Livvie: Yeah. Yeah, I'm fine.

Lucy: Really? You don't look fine. You look a little pale, in fact.

Livvie: No -- no blush. I was just going to go upstairs and put some on right now.

Lucy: Why don't I stay? You know, I'd like to stay and just hang out.

Livvie: No, please, Lucy, go do what you have to do. I don't want to be an inconvenience to anybody, you know?

Lucy: All right, all right. I'll leave you alone, I guess. But if you need me --

Livvie: I'll call you. Thanks for being so concerned.

Lucy: Well, I am. Well, your dad, you know, he is, too. So just, you know, call me if you need me, ok? Take it easy.

Livvie: Yeah, I will.

Lucy: I'm serious. I'm talking about, like, really call me.

Livvie: I will, yes.

Lucy: Ok. All right. Ok.

Livvie: Gabby and that guy -- it's -- it's just how it was with Caleb. Oh, why can't I stop thinking about him? What is the matter with me?

Ian: Can I get you anything?

Eve: Yes. A triple-scoop hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream. Real vanilla ice cream with the real vanilla bean, not that artificial stuff. And whipped cream, cherry, and nuts.

Ian: Yeah, right. That's funny, Lambert.

Eve: Will you relax?

Ian: I am relaxed.

Eve: Oh, can you believe him? This is relaxed.

Karen: No.

Ian: What -- what?

[Karen and Eve laugh]

Eve: Just saying if you're this freaked out about the ultrasound, how are you going to be when I go into labor?

Ian: I'm a doctor. I think I can handle it, ok?

Karen: Oh, are we taking bets for that?

Ian: Let's get on with it. All right? Too many women in here.

Karen: Ok, here we go. Ready, Mom?

Eve: Ready. Ready, Dad?

Ian: Yeah.

Jamal: There's got to be something we missed.

Jack: Like what?

Jamal: I don't know. Ok, some clue, some piece of -- I don't know, something that'll help us figure out a way how to stop this Caleb dude.

Jack: Jamal, I told you, I already know the way.

Jamal: Well, I was kind of hoping for a better one. Ok, something that didn't involve killing and jail time and that kind of stuff.

Jack: You don't know this creep the way I do, all right? He's got powers we can't even begin to imagine.

Gabriela's Voice: Have you ever met someone and just instantly you knew you would follow them to the ends of the earth, no matter what?

Livvie: I have to see him.

Michael: I'm begging you, Caleb, don't do this again.

Caleb: I don't have to do anything, Michael. Once Olivia's reminded of what she feels for me, she'll come to me on her own. She'll ask to join me, and then she'll be mine forever.

Michael: To be the monster that you are? Is that the idea?

Caleb: Oh, man, look at yourself. You can't even say it, can you? I'm a vampire, Michael. And don't knock it till you try it. Everlasting life, unlimited power -- it rocks.

Michael: Vampires don't reproduce.

Caleb: Yeah? So?

Michael: So you spoke about a family.

Caleb: All I want is what you and the good book preach -- to go forth and multiply. And I will -- with Olivia and that special child we so richly deserve.

Michael: What special child?

Caleb: Eve's child. Who else?

Ian: Look at her, so tiny and perfect.

Eve: Ok. Now you're sure that it's a girl.

Ian: Yeah, I've always known. I've always been sure.

Karen: Oh, really?

Ian: Yeah. When I found out she was pregnant, I knew, and I couldn't be more thrilled.

Karen: You know, not that we don't trust your gut, but how about knowing for sure?

Eve: Well, I suppose it would help if we knew what color to paint the nursery.

Ian: I know what color to paint it. It's going to be pink. And if you don't trust me, ask Karen. Tell her, please, doctor.

Karen: Well, if you've already bought pink paint, you might want to exchange it for blue.

Ian: Blue?

Karen: Mm-hmm.

Ian: It's a boy?

Eve: It's a boy!

Karen: You know, I have a patient to check on.

Eve: And you were so sure that he was a she.

Ian: It's a boy. I'm having a baby boy. We're having a baby boy.

Michael: You're planning a family with someone else's child, someone else's love?

Caleb: I'm not going to force Olivia to do anything. And I won't have to force your precious Eve, either. They'll both give me what I want out of their own free will.

Michael: On top of everything else, you are delusional, Caleb.

Caleb: Apparently you're forgetting that I'm the twin with all the charisma, Michael.

Michael: And more cursed than Satan himself.

Caleb: Aw, come on. Don't go away mad. Don't you want to be here when Olivia shows up?

Michael: She won't.

Caleb: What makes you so sure?

Michael: My faith is stronger than your evil.

Jamal: "Outside their thirst for blood, the one thing that most drives a vampire is their need to build a coven."

Jack: A coven?

Jamal: Yeah, like -- like their own family of vampires. I'll bet you that's what Caleb's trying to do.

Jack: That's why he wants Livvie, to make her a part of it.

Jamal: Not just Livvie.

Jack: What? What, you think he wants me to --

Jamal: I think that you and Livvie are just the beginning. Jack, if we don't stop this Caleb dude, man, the whole town is in danger. I

Lucy: Oh, Colleen, I did it again. Did someone turn in a set of keys?

Colleen: Um --

Lucy: Please say yes. Please? Please?

Colleen: No, I haven't seen any. Sorry.

Lucy: I'll look in my purse again, for the 50th time. Oh, come on. Got to be in here somewhere. Oh. Oh, my gosh. The Baby Boy card. Why do you keep turning up like that? Why?

Ian: Would you look at that boy?

Eve: I think he's the spitting image of his daddy.

Ian: Oh, heaven forbid.

Eve: Oh, come on. I think little Joshua would be lucky if he looked just like you.

Ian: Joshua?

Eve: Yeah. Yeah, I've always liked that name.

Ian: Oh.

Eve: Besides, I thought that something Biblical would be nice.

Ian: Huh. Joshua Thornhart -- I don't know. What about Donovan?

Eve: Donovan?

Ian: Donovan.

Lucy: They're having a baby boy.

Jamal: Dude, my head is spinning. Every single one of these books says something different.

Jack: Yeah, tell me about it.

Jamal: Like this one here. It says, "Despite popular myth, many vampires can and do come out in daylight." This one says they never do.

Jack: Damn it! We're never going to know enough stuff to beat Caleb.

Jamal: Wait -- wait a minute. There is one thing that these books seem to agree on.

Jack: Ok, what is it?

Jamal: Well, you've been reading a lot on talisman, right?

Jack: Yeah, yeah. Talisman -- some kind of protective thing that vampires carry with them. It, like, keeps them safe.

Jamal: Yeah, well, maybe Caleb has one.

Jack: And so what if he does?

Jamal: We take it from him.

Jack: Oh, yeah, Jamal, like he's going to let us do that. Come on, man.

Jamal: Come on, Jack. I didn't say it was going to be easy. But, come on, if we get it from him, he'll be totally vulnerable. We could drive a stake through his heart, man. It'll be over. Livvie will be safe. We'll all be safe.

Jack: Not quite.

Jamal: What do you mean, not quite?

Jack: I'll still be here.

Jamal: And?

Jack: And if I'm still here, Jamal, nobody's safe. You have to swear that once we destroy Caleb, you'll destroy me.

Caleb: Olivia. I've been waiting for you.

>> On the next "Port Charles" --

Man: I've never been with a girl like you before.

Gabriela: You don't know how right you are.

Jack: Killing me might be the only way to keep Livvie safe.

Caleb: You want me as much as I want you.
