John: I was beginning to enjoy this sharing thing.

Marlena: You were, eh?

John: Mm-hmm. Any fire to see how far we can take it?

Marlena: Yes, I believe so.

John: Well, then, you better call Belle right now and find out where she wants us to drop off those keys.

Marlena: If I know Belle, her phone is probably -- no! No!

[Metal clinks]

Marlena: [Exhales deeply] How am I gonna get through Christmas without you? [Glass clinking]

Philip: That was fast.

Chloe: So, I'm curious. A couple hours ago, you tossed me out of here and said you weren't interested. And then you call and ask me back. So either you can't make up your mind or you're trying to keep me guessing.

Philip: Well, you're kind of keeping me guessing, Chloe.

Chloe: Me?

Philip: Feeding me that whole line about you and Brady being divorced.

Chloe: That wasn't a line. We are divorced.

Philip: Not according to my sources.

Chloe: Your sources?

Philip: Yeah. Did a little digging, found some interesting things, not the least of which concerns the Viennese police. They'd love to talk to you, Chloe. Any idea why?

Marlena: Who's there?

Sami: Merry Christmas, Mom.

Marlena: Oh. Oh!

Cordy: You sure this is really okay? This is a family thing. It's, like, your aunt's birthday party.

Stephanie: It's an everything party -- her and Uncle Bo's anniversary, Christmas. Most of all, it's just about celebrating with family and friends, and I happen to consider you a friend -- a very good one.

Cordy: Likewise.

Stephanie: Okay. Let's go say hello to my parents. Hey, lovebirds.

Kayla: Ooh. Hi. I'm so glad you came. You too, Cordy.

Cordy: This is for you.

Kayla: A present. You didn't need to do that. Thank you.

Cordy: I just wanted to thank you for letting me stay with you on Christmas Eve.

Kayla: No, it's fine. We're happy to have you. Are you sure you don't want to be with your family?

Cordy: I'm gonna see them in two days, so it's okay. But for now I decided it's best if I stay in town, be with friends.

Max: Hey. I'm sorry. I'm not late, am I?

Kayla: Never. Never. I'm just glad you came.

Max: How you doing?

Kayla: Great.

Steve: My sister finally gave you the night off, huh?

Max: Yeah. Good thing, too. I mean, you know, I'd be missing my best co-worker.

Bo: Hey.

Max: Happy Anniversary.

Bo: Thanks.

Max: Where's the birthday girl?

Bo: I was wondering that same thing.

Stephanie: Hey, Uncle Bo.

Bo: Hi, you guys. Have any of you seen her?

Steve: No.

Stephanie: I'll go look for her.

Bo: Okay.

Max: Uh, excuse me. Stephanie. Wait. You want to tell me what's going on?

Stephanie: I'm looking for Aunt Hope, like I said.

Max: Uh, well, you obviously have a problem with me.

Stephanie: Not everything is about you, Max.

Max: Well, when I kissed you the other time, you freaked out.

Stephanie: You caught me off guard.

Max: Well, it wasn't our first kiss, not that I recall, at least.

Stephanie: Just because you did something nice for me doesn't make me your personal property.

Max: [Exhales sharply]

Steve: Yo, dude... what was that all about?

Max: I wish I knew.

Maggie: Hi, honey.

Stephanie: How are you?

Belle: So, what happened to Chloe? Did she leave?

Shawn D.: Yeah, I think so. Is there something wrong?

Belle: No. I just wanted to know if she'd heard from Brady.

Shawn D.: Well, I'm sure we're gonna see her again soon. But until then... we're under the mistletoe.

Belle: Uh-oh.

Shawn D.: Uh-oh.

Chloe: Wait. You need to hear this.

Belle: No. I don't think I do. But if you must, please go ahead.

Chloe: All right. I went to Philip's office earlier, and I practically threw myself at him. He couldn't have been less interested.

Belle: Well, Philip always did have good taste.

Chloe: The man is living like a monk. Do you know why? It's because of you. It's you or nobody.

Belle: Well, I can't change what Philip wants.

Chloe: And you don't want to. Belle, this is exactly what you were hoping to hear. You know what? You say the word and Philip will lay his entire world at your feet.

Belle: [Scoffs]

Marlena: Wow. You made me a beautiful tree. I couldn't do it myself. Thank you. You know, when you were small, you would get so excited the night before Christmas. You couldn't sleep, wondering what Santa would bring you for presents.

Sami: Well, I've always loved Christmas, and I brought this for you. Actually, it's not from me. It's from Allie and Johnny.

Marlena: Oh! Those grand babies. Thank you.

Sami: It's a little something.

Marlena: Oh, no. Oh! Oh, they're beautiful. John would love this. I can't believe he'll never see them. [Sighs] I'm so sorry.

Sami: Mom -- Mom, don't apologize. You have nothing to apologize for.

Marlena: Belle needs me. You need me. I need to be strong for my children.

Sami: No, you donít. We want to be strong for you. Mom, enough about that. I have some good news for you. I, um, I left E.J., and I'm not going back.

Marlena: Oh, my gosh. That's the best news I could have had. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Gosh. Lucas must be ecstatic.

Sami: Yeah. Uh, you know, he's adjusting.

Marlena: He's adjusting? Is there something wrong?

Sami: No. No. It's just, you know, so much has been going on. Hey, did Eric call yet?

Marlena: No, but he always -- he always does. I'm a little more concerned about Brady. I haven't heard from him for ages.

Sami: Well, you know, with the holidays, I'm sure he's just super busy.

Marlena: He always manages to call no matter what's going on.

Sami: Well, did you try calling him?

Marlena: I did. I called all the numbers that I had for him in Vienna. No numbers were any good.

Sami: What do you mean, they're not working?

Marlena: I guess not.

Sami: Well, Mom, I-I think something's wrong. I-I think we should call dad.

Chloe: What do you mean, they want to talk to me? You're joking, right?

Philip: Does this look like I'm joking?

Chloe: What is it?

Philip: A fax from the Vienna police citing you as a person of interest -- a married person, by the way. Unfortunately, they wouldn't divulge why they find you so interesting, so I thought maybe you could tell me.

Chloe: Fine. Brady and I weren't getting along. We had been arguing for months, mostly over the fact that I wanted to come home and he didnít.

Philip: So?

Chloe: So I conveniently "forgot" to get my Visa renewed. When he found out, he was furious at me. He walked out, and he never came back. He never even called me. So I just came home. That's all there is to it.

Philip: Okay. Now you want to come up with a better story?

Steve: You know, little dude, I don't want to meddle in your business, but I've noticed Stephanie -- she's not herself lately. Did something happen between the two of you?

Max: I don't know. Something must have, but I'll be damned if I know what.

Steve: You didn't have a fight?

Max: No. It was exactly the opposite. I mean, we went through some stuff and kind of got closer, or so I thought.

Steve: What stuff?

Max: I mean like we worked through some stuff, and I thought things were cool, and then she just shut down.

Steve: For no reason?

Max: I don't know. All I can think is that she's just not that into me.

Steve: Are you kidding me? She's crazy about you.

Stephanie: Cordy, what are you doing?

Cordy: Did you tell anyone Ford raped you?

Stephanie: I told you.

Cordy: You promised me that you were gonna tell your family or someone you trusted.

Stephanie: I said I'd think about it.

Cordy: Stephanie, why --

Stephanie: Cordy, you don't have to worry about me, okay? I'm dealing with this. I am.

Cordy: No, but that's the thing -- you're not. I saw how you treated Max out there. You're pushing him away. He didn't do anything wrong to you.

Stephanie: I'll apologize to him. It's the holidays, they're stressful, and I'm just on edge.

Cordy: What you're going through is stressful, and it doesn't make it any better that you're pushing away the people that can help you. Take it from someone who knows.

Stephanie: I can't tell Max.

Cordy: Why not? He cares about you.

Stephanie: And have him treat me like a victim the rest of my life, someone to pity and treat with kid gloves? I couldn't take that.

Cordy: He wouldn't see you that way at all. He understands.

Stephanie: I can't do it.

Cordy: Okay, then I'll tell him.

Stephanie: Forget it! You can't breathe a word of this to anyone -- ever.

Bo: Whoa. Hey.

Hope: Hey.

Bo: You kind of disappeared on me. Everything okay?

Hope: Everything's fine.

Doug: Happy Birthday, princess!

Hope: Daddy! Julie! Hi! Shawn told me you were coming. I was really starting to get worried.

Doug: Our plane was delayed on takeoff -- that's all.

Bo: Okay. So, how was the trip?

Julie: It was wonderful. Anguilla gets more beautiful every time we visit.

Hope: I hope you didn't cut your trip short on my account -- oh, sorry -- we -- our anniversary -- our account.

Doug: Are you kidding? We scheduled it precisely this way so we could be here and celebrate with you.

Hope: Oh, Daddy, I am so glad, because I wouldn't have it any other way, and it wouldn't be the same without either of you.

Julie: Look at that.

Doug: Ah. Hmm. Strangely, it reminds me of you guys when you were that age. [Chuckles]

Julie: Yeah! Let's go get a drink and see if we can find our own mistletoe, okay, darling?

Doug: A woman after my own heart.

Julie: Catch you later.

Bo: See you in a couple hours.

Hope: See you later. [Beep]

Marlena: Roman, can the police in Vienna help us at all?

Roman: The detective looking into it said he'd get back to me.

Marlena: Oh, good. Thank you for doing that. I'm sorry to drag you over here again. I could have made that call to Vienna myself.

Roman: Not being a cop, it would have taken you 10 times longer to get anywhere.

Marlena: [Chuckles] Yeah. As long as you're here, Sami can give you her good news on her own.

Sami: Oh. Um... I left E.J.

Roman: Well, damn. I mean, that is good news. I just, uh... I just wish you'd done it before you married the guy.

Sami: Yeah, well, me too. Hey, um, Mom, did you talk to Chloe? What did she say about Brady?

Marlena: I haven't found her, either. I even tried calling the Vienna Opera House.

Sami: Mom... I can't believe you don't know this. She's not in Vienna. She's here in Salem.

Chloe: That's what really happened, whether you believe it or not.

Philip: An expired Visa? That's why the cops are looking for you?

Chloe: Yes. And now that I'm in the States, it's not a big deal.

Philip: First you tell me you're divorced. Then you say Brady walked out after some fight.

Chloe: He did.

Philip: I can't see Brady ditching his wife over an expired Visa.

Chloe: It wasn't about the Visa. It was about me wanting to come home. You haven't seen Brady in a while. He's changed.

Philip: Maybe so...but I've been all over the world and never heard of local cops chasing Americans with expired Visaís.

Chloe: Well, if the cops in Vienna want to talk to me, I don't know what else it could be about.

Philip: I'll put in a call, clear up this mystery for you. Donna, what's the country code to Austria?

Max: [Exhales deeply] I don't know, man.

Steve: Well, I do. My daughter likes you, just like in the fifth grade, a lot.

Max: Yeah, but why does she treat me like I got some kind of disease, then?

Steve: Maybe she's afraid of getting hurt again, like she did with that Jeremy creep.

Max: Yeah, and with me the first time around. I don't blame her for being gun-shy.

Steve: Yeah, right.

Max: Okay, so, she's trying to play it safe, she doesn't want anything to do with me? Is that it?

Steve: I didn't say that.

Max: Well, she's making her feelings pretty clear.

Steve: Maybe she's hiding her feelings. Listen. I'll let you in on a secret, but you got to promise to keep your mouth shut. If Stephanie knew that I told you this --

Max: I'm not gonna say anything. What?

Steve: That job at the Cheatin' Heart?

Max: Yeah.

Steve: That didn't exactly fall into her lap.

Max: Yeah, I know. Her aunt owns the place.

Steve: I'm not talking about that. I set it up.

Max: Why?

Steve: Because she wanted to be near you, and whenever possible, I was trying to make my baby girl happy.

Stephanie: Cordy, you have to keep my secret, please.

Cordy: Okay. I won't tell anyone without your permission. Like I said, I know what you're going through.

Stephanie: I know you do.

Cordy: You saved my life here. I just want to help you.

Stephanie: Don't worry. I'm not suicidal. I wish I can just stop feeling so...

Cordy: Dirty. Steph, is that why you won't tell anyone -- 'cause you're ashamed? Steph, you're the one who told me that it wasn't my fault, that I didn't do anything wrong. You didn't do anything wrong. You're still the same person. Look at yourself. You're still strong, you're still funny, you're still that same person. No one can take that away from you. What Ford did to you -- what he did to us -- will only destroy us if we let it. You're the one who told me that.

Stephanie: Yeah, I did.

Cordy: So don't let it -- don't let it affect you. Don't let that creep win.

Stephanie: Thanks. I guess I really needed to be reminded of that by someone who understands.

Cordy: And the people you love will understand. You just have to give them a chance. 'Cause if you donít...

Stephanie: Ford wins. ["Deck the halls" instrumental plays]

Belle: [Chuckles]

Shawn D.: It looks to me like my folks are enjoying themselves. I guess that means the party's a hit. And so is your speech. That means you're not gonna have to worry about them being mad at you anymore.

Belle: I hope not.

Hope: Whew.

Bo: Looks like the two of them are doing pretty good.

Hope: Yeah, it does. That was fun.

Bo: Wore you out, huh? It looks like we got a little problem here.

Hope: What?

Bo: They're hogging the mistletoe.

Hope: Oh.

Bo: Yeah. But I got a solution.

Hope: Ah.

Bo: Ah.

Julie: Yay.

Maggie: Yay.

Kayla: Audience. Audience.

Marlena: Are you telling me that Chloe is back in Salem and she has not tried to get in touch with me?

Sami: I can't believe it, either. Belle and I just assumed that you two had talked.

Roman: There's got to be something going on. Why wouldn't she call her mother-in-law?

Marlena: I don't know, but I'm going to find out. Where is she staying?

Sami: I don't have any idea.

Marlena: Okay, then, I will find her, and I'll find out what's going on with Brady. What if she's left town already?

Roman: Well, just hold on, Doc. I'll track her down.

Marlena: How?

Roman: I'll start with the cellphone. If she got a new contract since she's been back, I can get the number through the carrier.

Chloe: You don't have to do that.

Philip: So you'll tell me yourself why the cops in Vienna want to talk to you?

Chloe: I canít. Not yet.

Philip: Fine.

Chloe: Wait. I'm in trouble.

Philip: What kind of trouble?

Chloe: It's actually all a mistake. I didn't do anything. But the police don't understand.

Philip: Understand what?

Chloe: I tried to find him. I swear. I looked everywhere, but it's like he disappeared.

Philip: You said there was a fight.

Chloe: There were lots of fights. That was part of the problem.

Philip: You're not making any sense.

Chloe: I promise, I will explain it to you when I can, but for right now, I just need you to please trust me and please help me if I need you to.

Philip: Why should I?

Chloe: I thought we were friends.

Philip: Now I get it. This big come-on wasn't about rekindling old flames. You just want to use me.

Chloe: That's not true. We are friends, and I care about you.

Philip: Why'd you really come back, Chloe?

Chloe: I missed my friends, my life. Salem is home.

Philip: That's all?

Chloe: And because -- because I'm scared. I had nowhere else to turn.

Philip: I can see you're scared. You're practically shaking. What the hell did you do, Chloe? Kill Brady?

[Cellphone ringing]

Chloe: Oh, my God. It's Marlena.

Philip: That's bad?

Chloe: I never called her. She must have found out I'm back.

Philip: Did you think you could really keep it from her?

Chloe: I have to get this. And, no, I did not kill Brady. Hello.

Marlena: Chloe, it's Marlena. I hear you're back in Salem.

Chloe: Marlena, hi. I am so sorry. I meant to call. How are you?

Marlena: I'm not good. In fact, I'm very upset, and I need to see you right away.

Chloe: Of course. I'll stop by tomorrow.

Marlena: No, tomorrow won't do. I need to see you tonight. I want some answers right away.

Chloe: Answers?

Marlena: Starting with where Brady is. I'll expect to see you within the hour.

Philip: Is something wrong?

Chloe: I have to go. [Door opens, closes]

Bo: Happy Anniversary. Happy Birthday. Merry Christmas.

Hope: Mmm!

Bo: Happy Kwanza.

Hope: Kwanza?

Bo: Yeah.

Hope: [Chuckles]

Bo: Wait till you see what I do for the Fourth of July.

Hope: Oh. Maybe we should start the fireworks early, say, maybe, um, later in the evening?

Shawn D.: Look at you two.

Belle: Aw.

Shawn D.: Still going strong.

Bo: You better believe it.

Belle: I hope we're like that when we've been together as long as they have.

Shawn D.: I say we leave these two lovebirds alone and go over and visit Aunt Kayla.

Bo: Thanks.

Hope: I wonder if they will be.

Bo: Will be what?

Hope: Together as long as you and I have been.

Bo: If they're lucky.

Max: Are you serious? Stephanie got that job just so that we could work together?

Steve: I told you, she digs you, man. And I thought if you felt the same way, you know, she's working side by side with you, she'd find out.

Max: Well, thank you for the vote of confidence.

Steve: Seriously, man, I know your reputation. I know you have an eye for the ladies. You like to play the field.

Max: That's ancient history, I swear.

Steve: Let me tell you something. It better be. Because if you hurt my baby girl, I'll come after you... with something sharp.

Cordy: Everything's gonna be all right, Steph. Okay. I'll go with you, and we'll tell your mom together. You'll feel a lot better, I promise.

Stephanie: You're right. I need to do this, and there's no time like the present.

Cordy: Okay. Let's go.

Kayla: Max -- Max is standing right here.

Stephanie: Maybe I'm not ready.

Cordy: Steph, you're ready. You can do this. I know you can.

Kayla: Excuse me a second.

Max: Get away.

Cordy: Steph, tell her. We'll tell her together, okay?

Kayla: Stephanie, are you crying? What's the matter?

Cordy: Something happened, Mrs. Johnson. She needs to talk to you.

Kayla: Cordy, please, go get Steve.

Stephanie: No. Not dad. I don't want him to know.

Kayla: Okay, now you're really scaring me. Why can't we get dad?

Stephanie: [Inhales, exhales deeply] Do you remember that night that I came to you at the suite and I told you that I hooked up with a guy that I didn't know?

Kayla: Yeah, I remember.

Stephanie: Well, I did. But what I didn't tell you is that I didn't want to and the guy was Ford Decker.

Kayla: Ford...Decker?

Stephanie: Yes.

Kayla: Oh, my God. Oh, my God, no. No.

Stephanie: [Crying]

Kayla: Baby.

Roman: Doc, you're gonna wear a hole in your shoe. Chloe will be here.

Marlena: I don't get it. Why is she back in Salem and she hasn't contacted me? And why isn't Brady with her? [Cellphone ringing]

Roman: Vienna. I'll take it in the other room. Commissioner Brady. [Doorbell rings]

Marlena: [Gasps] That's her.

Sami: No, no. I'll get it. Chloe, so nice of you to finally show up.

Chloe: Hi, Sami. I didn't know you'd be here.

Sami: One is usually with one's family on Christmas. Come in.

Chloe: Thank you. Hi, Marlena. Here. I am so sorry about John.

Marlena: If you were really sorry, you would have come here. I wouldn't have had to chase you down.

Chloe: I apologize.

Marlena: How dare you disrespect my husband and me! What have we ever done to deserve that from you?

Chloe: I have no excuses, except to say that things have been crazy, with the holidays and the reunion.

Marlena: Oh, my gosh! The holidays? Are you kidding? Stop! Just stop! Tell me where Brady is, why he's not with you, and why I can't reach him.

Chloe: I can't tell you because I don't know where he is.

Marlena: You don't know?

Sami: Chloe, he's your husband.

Chloe: We had a fight -- a really bad one -- and Brady walked out. I didn't know what to do, so I came home.

Sami: [Scoffs] Just like that?

Chloe: Yes. I wish I could tell you why he hasn't called. I wish I could tell you anything, but I can't because I don't know anything.

Marlena: I don't believe you.

Cordy: Here, Steph, drink this.

Stephanie: Thanks, Cordy. I can take it from here.

Cordy: You sure?

Stephanie: I'm sure.

Cordy: Okay.

Kayla: You okay? [Door closes]

Stephanie: I should have never gone near him that night. I knew better. I was just too stupid to see it.

Kayla: Would you stop it? Don't talk like that. He is the predator. This is not your fault. Listen. If some guy broke into your house and stole all the things that you owned, would you blame yourself for that? No. You wouldnít. Of course not. Well, this is a different kind of thief. He doesn't want money. He wants power. He is the worst kind of animal, and I am gonna get your uncles to track him down and bring him to justice.

Stephanie: No, Mom! You can't tell Uncle Bo or Uncle Roman and especially not dad.

Chloe: Marlena, you have to believe me. Brady and I had a big fight, and he walked out. I don't know where he is.

Marlena: I'm meant to believe that? I'm sorry, but I donít.

Chloe: I don't know what else to tell you.

Marlena: How about giving me some details? What did you fight about? What would make Brady walk out and not even call me at Christmastime?

Chloe: We fought about coming home. I wanted to. He didnít. We couldn't agree on anything.

Marlena: No, no, no, no, no! I know my stepson. He would never lose touch with the people that he loves. So there's something you're not saying.

Sami: Come on, Chloe. You must know where he might have gone.

Chloe: I'm telling you I donít. This is exactly why I was afraid to get in touch. I knew this would upset you.

Marlena: So instead you chose to deepen my pain by saying nothing and doing nothing. Chloe, you're hiding something. What is it?

Chloe: That's not true.

Marlena: Oh, yeah, it is. Because if you weren't hiding something, you would have come here. You would have come here to honor my husband and your husband's father and show some concern for his widow.

Chloe: You're wrong.

Marlena: You're lying. I want to know where Brady is Ė now.

Roman: That's a question the Vienna police would like answered, as well -- a question they'd like to ask you, Chloe.

Hope: Oh! Wow. Wind chimes.

Bo: For our anniversary?

Hope: My birthday. They're beautiful.

Bo: This present to you.

Hope: Birthday, Anniversary, or Christmas?

Bo: All three.

Hope: All three?

Bo: Mm-hmm.

Hope: Well, this better be good.

Bo: Oh, I think it is.

Hope: Oh, Bo, it's beautiful. I love it. I love you. Thank you.

Bo: Thank you... for being the most wonderful woman and mother to our children that a man could ask for.

Hope: It's beautiful.

Bo: Nah. You're beautiful.

Hope: Love you.

Bo: And I love you. Get back here. [Chuckles]

Belle: [Laughing] Okay.

Shawn D.: No?

Belle: Okay. There's a reason why only newlyweds do this. It doesn't work.

Shawn D.: Well, we are newlyweds, aren't we?

Belle: Married for four weeks. Yeah, I think we still qualify.

Shawn D.: And they said it wouldn't last.

Belle: It's gonna last forever. Nothing's ever gonna come between us.

Shawn D.: No, not in a million years.

Belle: Cheers to that.

Shawn D.: Cheers.

Marlena: The Vienna police couldn't find Brady, either?

Sami: What the hell, Chloe?

Chloe: For the last time, I don't know. I don't know anything.

Roman: Well, according to the Vienna detective I spoke with, the cops were called to your apartment more than once -- noise complaints -- due to your loud arguments.

Chloe: I told you we weren't getting along.

Roman: And it seems like they got another phone call from a neighbor of yours just before you left the country. This time, they found the place turned upside down, with traces of blood.

Marlena: What?!

Sami: Blood?

Roman: So obviously they have some questions they'd like to ask you, Chloe.

Stephanie: Promise me, Mom -- promise me you won't tell anyone about this and especially not dad. You know he'll flip out. He'll lose it.

Kayla: All right. I promise. I won't tell anybody anything until you tell me otherwise. Okay.

Stephanie: I'm so sorry to put this on you. I know you guys don't have secrets.

Kayla: It doesn't matter. This is your call, okay? I am so thankful that you came to me... and I will respect whatever you want. You can count on that. And you can count on me. I love you so much. You know that, don't you? We'll get through this -- okay? -- Together.

Stephanie: Okay.

Kayla: You have my word. You have my word.

Bo: Okay. Almost.

Hope: You get it? How'd you know I love fleur-de-lis?

Bo: That's quite a secret.

Hope: Yeah.

Julie: Ah, Maggie, your restaurant -- it is wonderful.

Maggie: Thank you. But I don't think any restaurant could ever top Doug's place.

Julie: Well, not in my heart, certainly.

Maggie: I know.

Doug: Okay, ladies. Follow me. Follow me. Cake number 2.

Hope: Look at that.

Doug: Okay, everybody! Gather 'round! Gather 'round!

Hope: It's a beautiful anniversary cake.

Bo: And we're gonna let Hope do the honors since she basically got us through this last year.

Hope: That is so not true, and you know it. It takes two people to make a relationship work -- two people who are love with each other and two people who are honest and completely committed to one another... and who stick together through thick and thin, which we all know that you have.

Bo: We have?

Hope: Yes, we have. Anyway, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you all so much for joining us tonight, and let's celebrate.

Bo: Yeah! Let's cut the cake! Let me get this out of your way. [Indistinct talking]

Maggie: It's a new recipe.

Bo: Tasty.

Julie: Well, if looks count...

Belle: I just wanted to tell you I listened to everything you said and I agree with it completely -- every word.

Hope: I am so glad... because truly that is really how I feel.

Bo: I don't know, but I hope everybody wants a big piece.

Philip: Happy Anniversary.

Marlena: You're on notice. If you had anything to do whatsoever with hurting my stepson --

Chloe: I didn't -- I told you -- and I'm not talking to any cops. And I'm certainly not going back to Vienna.

Roman: You may not have to. The detective is faxing those questions to my office.

Chloe: Are you serious?

Roman: I'm completely serious, Chloe. And your answers will determine what happens next, but whatever the case, I would advise you to come down, get it cleared up.

Chloe: Now?

Roman: No time like the present. We are all very concerned about Brady, and we'd like to get to the bottom of this.

Chloe: And if I don't?

Marlena: If you don't?!

Roman: If you don't, Chloe, we'll extradite you back to Austria. Abe Carver has already told me to help the Viennese police any way I can.

Chloe: Oh, my God.

Roman: We are doing you a favor, Chloe.

Chloe: You're not doing me a favor. This is a big misunderstanding. I love Brady, and I love you, too, Marlena. I would never do anything to hurt him.

Roman: Well, in that case, Chloe, you got nothing to worry about, do you?

Chloe: Fine. Let's get this over with. Then you'll see.

Roman: Good. I will call you, Doc, let you know what happens.

Marlena: Thank you, Roman, for everything. [Door opens] That girl is flat-out lying.

Sami: Look, Mom, it's gonna be okay. We're gonna find Brady, and he'll be fine.

Marlena: I know he is. I've lost my husband. I won't lose anybody else in this family.

Philip: I just wanted to wish you both the best on your anniversary. You're one of the few truly happy couples I know.

Bo: Oh, Philip. You really shouldn't have.

Hope: No, you shouldn't have.

Belle: You weren't invited here.

Philip: Excuse me?

Belle: You need to leave. You're not welcome at this party. You're not fooling anyone. You're not here because of Bo and Hope. You're here because of me -- 'cause you're holding on to some kind of hope for the two of us, and there is none, so get over it. I love Shawn. He is my husband. This is my family. And while you might still have a special place in Claire's life, you have no place in mine -- not anymore, not ever again. Do you understand that?

Philip: Yeah. You've made yourself very clear. And I apologize if my actions have upset you. Merry Christmas.

Kate: Lucas, what are you doing?

Ford: Another year, another victim. You know, they say it gets easier after the second one.

[Ornament shatters]

Stefano: This will be the year that the Bradyís will finally reap their just rewards.
