Belle: You want me to move into the mansion with you?

Philip: You...and Shawn.

Belle: Oh, um, I don't know. I think that might be a little weird.

Philip: I'm sorry, Belle. I just assumed you and Shawn would be living together.

Belle: Oh, that's not what I meant. I meant the three of us in your father's house, you know? We don't really feel all warm and fuzzy about your dad.

Philip: You can stay in the guest wing, away from my dad. You won't have to interact with him at all. And let's face it. The accommodations are a little better than the Bikini Hotel.

Belle: Well, I don't know. Maybe I can request a room with an ocean view.

Philip: You got it. I'll have the ocean delivered no later than tomorrow.

Belle: Sweet!

Philip: So, can I tell the maid to start getting the room ready for you and Shawn? Somewhere down the hall, probably. It's a little more private. What are you thinking?

Belle: Um... [Clears throat] I think that we should hold off on this until we talk to Shawn.

Philip: Yeah. Yeah, I understand.

Belle: Yeah, 'cause it's a really big decision.

Philip: The whole point is for us to be there together so we can find Claire. That's the point, isn't it? [Door opens] Hey, buddy. We were just talking about you.

Shawn D.: Oh, yeah? What's up?

Belle: It's about our living arrangements.

Shawn D.: I've been thinking about the same thing, too. Until we get on our feet, we need to find something temporary.

Belle: You mean together?

Shawn D.: Are you kidding me, Belle? Of course we're gonna live together.

Philip: So can I ask him? I want you and Belle to move into the mansion with me. Now, before you say anything, you'll have complete privacy. In fact, you'll have a separate wing of the house.

Belle: Right. He thinks that if we're all together, we'll have a better chance of finding Claire.

Philip: So what do you say, Shawn? You in?

Sami: Tony turned down my offer? What is he, insane?

E.J.: I think we both know the answer to that question.

Sami: You know what? Fine. If he wants to watch Stefano die some slow, painful death, it is okay with me.

E.J.: No, that's not what Tony wants.

Sami: That's what he's gonna get because he needs my baby's stem cells to save Stefano's life.

E.J.: Samantha, he didn't even tell father. He wants the baby for himself.

Sami: Oh, that son of a -- I will kill him before I let him touch my child.

E.J.: Take it easy.

Sami: I'm not gonna take it easy. E.J., this is my baby that we are talking about. And I'm willing to let him have stem cells from my child, which everyone else thinks I'm crazy to do, and that's not enough for him?

E.J.: This isn't about saving my father with Tony, okay? This is about him positioning himself to be the head of my family. That's what's important to him.

Sami: Fine. Fine. Let him let Stefano die. Let him take over your stupid family. You think I care?

E.J.: Samantha, please. Please.

Sami: I made the first move. And now the ball is in Tony's court. If he doesn't want to do anything about it, that is his problem.

E.J.: You're wrong. It's our problem 'cause he's gonna try to kill us both.

Bo: Let's go, Wells. Time to head downtown.

E.J.: Another exercise in futility, eh?

Bo: Yeah, whatever. Let's go.

Lucas: Listen, Bo, you mind if I come with you? Can I tag along for a bit?

E.J.: Oh, yes, that's a great idea, Lucas. You always bring such a wonderful party atmosphere.

Bo: Shut up, man. Just stay out of the way.

Lucas: I wouldn't miss this party for all the tea in China.

E.J.: Think about what I said.

Lucas: What the hell is that? What's he talking about?

Sami: E.J. always has to have the last word.

Lucas: You gonna be all right if I leave you here alone? Are you gonna be fine? All right. I'll meet you back at the house.

Sami: Okay.

Marlena: John, they're gone.

John: I'll call you at the station.

Marlena: Uh, are you sure this is a good idea? Doctor told you to take it easy.

Hope: You just got out of the hospital.

John: I'm not gonna run a marathon. I'm just gonna take a little cab ride and then go scare the hell out of E.J.

Marlena: But, John...

John: I'll be okay. I love you.

Marlena: [Sighs] He is so stubborn.

Hope: Yeah, well, I got one of those.

Marlena: I'm just glad he's home. He can do whatever he wants. Sami? You okay? What did E.J. say?

Marlena: Sami, what happened? What did E.J. say?

Sami: It doesn't matter. It just doesn't matter.

Marlena: Was it Tony? Did he refuse your offer?

Sami: I don't get it, Mom. I mean, he obviously wants to save Stefano's life, right? Even if he does want to be a big shot in his family, why wouldn't he take me up on my offer?

Hope: It's kind of odd.

Marlena: No, not at all. It's textbook DiMera. Tony is never gonna let his father die.

Sami: Which means he's gonna come after me. Mom, if he does something to hurt my baby --

Marlena: Honey, it's not gonna happen. We'll take care of that, okay?

Sami: I'm afraid we can't do anything to stop them.

Marlena: We will talk to your dad. We'll get protection for you. Tony is never going to lay a finger on you.

Hope: Or your baby.

Sami: I just wish I could understand any of this. First of all, why are the DiMeras after our family in the first place?

Hope: That is the million-dollar question, isn't it? I mean, after all these years, we still don't have a clue.

Sami: Wait a second. Wait, I do. I have a -- just a second. Can you --

Marlena: Sami? Easy, baby. Easy, honey. Where are you going?

Sami: I'll be right back.

Marlena: Uh...

Shawn D.: Look, Philip, I appreciate the offer. I do. It's very nice of you, but I can't.

Philip: Man, are you sure? I mean, come on, man. At least think about it.

Shawn D.: No, I have. It just doesn't feel right. I feel like I've been leaning on people too much lately. And if I move in with you, it'd just be taking the easy way out again.

Philip: I get that, okay? But sometimes things change, priorities shift, and I'm guessing Claire's your number-one priority right now, right?

Shawn D.: Of course she is.

Philip: Then do what's best for her.

Shawn D.: I just -- I don't see how it's gonna be any easier by moving into that house.

Philip: Well, for starters, you wouldn't have to worry about expenses. Food, rent -- everything would be taken care of, which means more time to focus on Claire.

Belle: Shawn, he has a point.

Philip: It's a perfect solution.

Shawn d.: Yeah, for you, maybe. There's no way in hell am I gonna live under the same roof as Grandpa Victor. Have you asked him about this? I'm sure he's not gonna want to roll out the welcome mat for me.

Philip: You'll be living on opposite wings of the mansion. Besides, dad's in Europe on business. He won't be back for months.

Belle: We'll have found Claire by then.

Shawn D.: I don't know.

Belle: Shawn, we can't stay with your parents, not even for a few weeks. They've already got a full house with Ciara and Chelsea already.

Shawn D.: Well, we could just get a nice little apartment for just the two of us.

Belle: I know that you want to do this on your own, but I really don't want to have to worry about a job or an apartment. I only want to focus on finding Claire.

Philip: You know she's right, Shawn.

Shawn D.: Why is it so important for you that we move in?

Philip: Because I want to find Claire.

Shawn D.: I think it's more than that, Philip. I think it's a hell of a lot more.

Philip: Okay, Shawn. What is this?

Shawn D.: It's just me asking a question that you haven't answered yet.

Philip: I told you. The only reason I want you guys to move in is so the three of us can work together finding Claire.

Shawn D.: The three musketeers, huh?

Philip: I thought we all agreed to work together on this.

Shawn D.: Philip, I'm sorry. I'm sorry for everything.

Philip: There are two things I know about life -- no one gets out alive, and everyone has regrets, wishes they'd done things differently.

Belle: Okay. Who says we're gonna die, okay? Instead of planning our burials at sea, let's make a promise, okay? If we survive --

Shawn D.: Which we will.

Belle: Then we go back to Salem, and we work things out. No more fighting over Claire. No more kidnappings. No more double-crossings. We all love her. We will raise her together. Deal?

Shawn D.: Deal.

Philip: Deal.

Shawn D.: Yeah, that is what we discussed, Philip, but that doesn't include breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Philip: You still don't trust me, do you?

Shawn D.: I never said that.

Philip: You sure as hell aren't acting like it.

Shawn D.: I want to know why this is so important for you that we all become roommates.

Belle: If we all live under one roof, we can get a lot more accomplished. We can work around the clock. We can take shifts if we need to.

Philip: All the family resources at your fingertips. You drop Victor Kiriakis' name, and people will do almost anything you want.

Shawn D.: Yeah, I know. I've been there, okay?

Belle: Shawn.

Shawn D.: I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that. It's just hard for me to shut down all those old feelings.

Philip: We're on the clock here, Shawn. We need to make some decisions.

Belle: I think we should do it. I think we should move in.

Shawn D.: And if we don't? And if we don't find Claire?

Belle: Don't even think that. Don't let your pride get in the way.

Shawn D.: This has got nothing to do with my pride.

Belle: Then what is it?

Philip: Come on, Shawn. Whatever your objections are, let's just air it out right now. What's the real reason you don't want to move in?

Marlena: You and Lucas found this in New Orleans?

Sami: We haven't had the chance to show it to anyone yet.

Marlena: But you think it might hold the answer to the DiMera problem.

Hope: How do you think this old letter's going to help?

Sami: You're not gonna believe where we found it -- Maison Blanche.

Hope: Oh, my God.

Marlena: That property's owned by the DiMeras.

Sami: Yeah, well, it used to be, anyway. Not anymore.

Marlena: Wait a minute. Back this thing up a second. What were you doing in Maison Blanche?

Sami: It was one of the houses that we were helping to renovate on our honeymoon. How strange is that, right?

Hope: Very.

Sami: And, of all people, E.J. had to show up while we were there.

Hope: What did he want?

Sami: I guess he told us that the DiMeras had donated the property to the city for low-income housing or something. Anyway, he claims that Stefano sent him there to make sure the property was okay after Hurricane Katrina.

Marlena: That was nearly two years ago.

Sami: I know. Believe me. It was just what he said, Mom. I think the whole thing is incredibly bizarre. But, anyway, maybe you could take a look at it?

Marlena: It's in Italian.

Sami: No, look at the signature at the bottom. I couldn't make out the first name, but that says "DiMera," right?

Marlena: It could be Santo, Stefano's father.

Hope: Here, let me take a look at that.

Sami: What? Aunt Hope, what is it?

Bo: So, uh, Tony's back in town, huh?

E.J.: Frankly, I'm not that interested in my brother's whereabouts.

Bo: Well, you're interested enough to know that he's out of prison. When did that happen?

E.J.: Really haven't got a clue, constable. From what I understand, my brother found a friendly judge who owed my father a favor.

Bo: Well, there, Junior, I think you know more than you're telling me.

E.J.: Hmm. Well, you are the detective, so why don't you go and figure that out?

Bo: That I will.

Lucas: You're supposed to be asking him about Sami. He kidnapped my wife.

E.J.: Lucas, I didn't kidnap your wife. I saved your wife's life and that of your child. And, detective, could you please explain to me the interrogation protocol for having a civilian in the room.

Bo: You're in too much trouble to be worrying about protocol. Your days as a free man, they're numbered.

E.J.: [Laughs] You know, Bo, you never cease to surprise me with your endless optimism about putting me away.

Bo: Well, got another little surprise for you.

John: Hello, Elvis.

Philip: Come on, Shawn. Tell us what's on your mind. We're all family here. We're not gonna judge you.

Belle: What is it, Shawn? We'll understand.

Shawn D.: Okay. The truth is... God, how am I gonna say this without sounding like a jerk? If we move in with Philip, he's always gonna have the upper hand.

Philip: That's not true.

Shawn D.: Sure it is. Right now, we're level, okay? We're even. The minute we step foot in there, all that's gonna go out the window.

Belle: Shawn, this isn't a competition.

Philip: Technically, it isn't even my house.

Shawn D.: You guys wanted my reason. There. You have it.

Belle: So you feel threatened by Philip.

Philip: Belle.

Belle: No, I mean it. Is that what this is about?

Shawn D.: I just -- I know what's gonna happen, Belle. If you and I have a disagreement with Philip, we're gonna have to give in.

Philip: What are you talking about? That's crazy.

Shawn D.: Philip, how are we gonna argue with the guy who's feeding us and housing us?

Philip: You think I'm doing this just to be nice? I'm doing it because I'm desperate, Shawn. I need you guys. Nobody else knows what we're going through, what it's like to wake up every morning and wonder where Claire is at, if she's even okay. Everything I've done for you guys, no strings. I'm not doing it so you guys can owe me. Think about it. If anything, I'm the one who owes you.

Hope: From the little I can make out, Santo must have scribbled this from his deathbed to his son.

Marlena: Stefano.

Hope: Yeah.

Sami: What else does it say?

Hope: There was a woman Santo was in love with. Apparently, she was the love of his life. But the romance ended when the woman was taken from him. Santo was heartbroken.

Sami: Wait a second. Mom, do you know anything about this?

Marlena: I know that Stefano's father died. I don't know about any mystery woman.

Sami: Well, what does it say about her? Can we find her? Is she still alive?

Marlena: Darling, she'd have to be so old by now.

Hope: I'm sorry. That's it. I don't think there's anything else I can make out here.

Marlena: Maybe somebody at the university can help us.

Hope: Oh, my God. Wait a second.

Marlena: What is it?

Hope: This is kind of hard to see, but --

Sami: What? Aunt Hope, what is it?

Hope: I swear to God. It says "Brady."

John: How have you been, Elvis?

E.J.: Nice to have you back, John.

John: Really? Interesting... when I think about the last time I saw you.

E.J.: Yeah. It's been a long time, hasn't it?

John: Well, for me, it seems like just yesterday.

E.J.: I'm afraid I don't recall.

John: Boathouse. Christmas. I wore all black. You...wore Italian.

E.J.: Very impressive.

John: One of us had a gun.

E.J.: Really? I think you may have some problems with your memory. To be expected, I suppose, Bo. Anyway, in the meantime, I must say, it's wonderful to see you up on your feet again. You look fantastic. My prayers certainly were answered.

Bo: So you're a praying man. That's a good thing. 'Cause when we're through with you, you're gonna want an awful lot of prayers answered.

E.J.: Right. Right. And you've said that exactly how many times, Bo?

Bo: Quite a few. But right now I've got an eyewitness. And unlike Lexie, this is one you can't make disappear.

E.J.: Look, boys, if you're going to arrest me, I suggest you put the cuffs on me right now and read me my rights.

Lucas: Good. Let's do it. That wasn't so hard, was it? Cuff him. Throw him in jail. Call it a day.

E.J.: Right.

Bo: So, is this a confession?

E.J.: There is nothing to confess, Bo. Your friend here is simply misinformed.

John: Simple fact is you shot me, you bastard.

E.J.: John, it pains me to think about what you must have been through. It truly does. And I really, sincerely hope that one day you regain your full mental capacity. But until you do, I'm afraid that, that night is just going to remain a mystery.

Bo: So, even now, the arrogant smartass. You'll get yours.

E.J.: Are you going to charge me with something, Bo, because, honestly, I have far more pressing matters to attend to.

Lucas: That's right. You got to protect Mythic from the Sec, right?

E.J.: Actually, Lucas, I was talking about your wife.

Lucas: What about my wife?

E.J.: Well, if I'm not mistaken, your wife is in considerable danger.

Hope: It's right here. Take a look at this. See that? Doesn't that look like "Brady"?

Sami: Totally. That's definitely a "B," don't you think, Mom?

Hope: What do you think?

Marlena: I think it's a "B." The word could be anything at all, though.

Sami: If we could just translate the whole sentence around it. That would really help.

Marlena: Is there a date on here somewhere?

Hope: There's a date, but there's no year.

Sami: This could be the beginning. This could be the beginning of everything. This could be a letter from an angry father to Stefano, instructing him to take revenge on all his enemies.

Marlena: I suppose it's possible, but why? If we could just figure that part out...

Hope: Yes, could you please get me the number for Salem University? The foreign studies department.

Belle: Philip, you don't owe us anything. What happened to Claire was a freak accident. It was just as much our fault as it was yours.

Philip: No, Belle. This is on my back. When I left for Afghanistan last fall, I was only thinking about myself. I was jealous, angry.

Belle: You'd just found out that Claire wasn't your daughter.

Philip: So I picked up my cards and took off. Look how that turned out. Claire's the one who suffered because of me and my ego.

Belle: Let's not go back there.

Philip: I'm not saying this stuff to guilt you guys into anything. I just... I want you to know how bad I feel, how sorry I am about everything. I want to make it up to you. Look, Shawn, I know things will probably never be the same between us. I wish they could, but I know that's asking a lot. But right now, for Claire, don't you think we owe it to her to put our differences aside?

Belle: Would you give us a minute?

Philip: Yeah, sure. For the front door. I'll have the maid get the guest room ready, just in case.

Belle: Thank you. Shawn --

Shawn D.: I know that you think that we should do this, and I know that you and Philip are in total agreement.

Belle: It makes sense.

Shawn D.: To you. I get that.

Belle: All I want is for Claire to come home, and this seems like the best way to do that.

Shawn D.: Under Philip's roof with Philip making the decisions?

Belle: That argument's still not working for me, Shawn. There's something else going on here, something you're refusing to tell me.

Shawn D.: The truth is... is Philip was right. Belle, I don't trust him.

Belle: Okay, Shawn. Why don't you trust him?

Shawn D.: As if you have to ask.

Belle: Yeah, I do.

Shawn D.: Come on, Belle. Open up your eyes. I can't believe you're gonna let Philip get to you like this.

Belle: He's getting to me because he's making sense.

Shawn D.: And I'm not?

Belle: This is not about you.

Shawn D.: You're right. It's not. It's about you and Claire. He kidnapped both of you. Has that somehow slipped your mind?

Belle: Shawn, he's changed, and so have I. And I thought you had, too.

Shawn D.: People don't change overnight, Belle.

Belle: You're wrong. They do change, especially when really bad things happen. It just puts everything in perspective. Can't we just give him a chance?

Shawn D.: I'm just -- I'm having trouble after all the hell that he's put us through. That's all.

Belle: And what about the pact that we made with him, that we were gonna stop fighting for the sake of our daughter?

Shawn D.: I'm not going back on my word. Just because we're not at war with Philip doesn't mean we have to trust him. Just -- I don't know. I think that he's got a different agenda. You wouldn't happen to know anything about that, would you?

Belle: What are you talking about? Why would I think he has another agenda?

Shawn D.: I don't know. Maybe it's just me being paranoid, thinking he just wants to get close to you.

Belle: Oh, come on. Like Philip has nothing better to do.

Shawn D.: Belle, I'm just asking here.

Belle: Actually, you're the one with all this other stuff going on, with Willow having your baby. How'd your talk with her go?

Shawn D.: There's no punches thrown. She said that she's gonna let me be a part of the baby's life. I didn't see that coming.

Belle: Hmm.

Shawn D.: What?

Belle: Nothing. [Laughs] Okay. Philip didn't want me to tell you, but he talked to Willow before you did.

Shawn D.: What?

Belle: He totally went to bat for you, Shawn. He told her that you've been going through all this stuff and that she should treat you with respect.

Shawn D.: Philip said that?

Belle: Well, he didn't want you to know.

Shawn D.: I don't get it. Why would Willow listen to Philip?

Belle: Who cares? All that matters is that she's not gonna go psycho on you, and maybe now you can see that Philip's not such a bad guy after all.

Lucas: She is in danger. She has been ever since the moment she met you.

E.J.: I thought you might like to know why your wife was so uneasy at the pub earlier, Lucas.

Lucas: Looks like you want to tell me, so lay it on me, E.J.

E.J.: Bo, John, you may be interested in hearing this, also.

Bo: Make it quick. My brother Tony is now heading up the DiMera family. My father is very sick. He's on his deathbed. The only thing that can save him are stem cells from my child.

Lucas: Your child? There's no proof that baby's yours.

E.J.: Naturally, I don't want my father to die.

John: That'd be real tragic.

E.J.: So I agreed to share stem cells with Tony. However, he wanted more than that. He wanted the baby for himself. I told him that was never gonna happen.

Lucas: Oh, big heart. That's real big of you.

E.J.: Look, I told my brother it was never going to happen. I'm not gonna give him my child.

Lucas: It's not your child! How many times do I have to tell you that?!

E.J.: If I could just have the chance to go and talk to Stefano, to talk to my father and explain the situation to him, he would understand. He's a very reasonable man.

John: I've always felt that about him myself.

E.J.: The only problem I'm having is Tony.

Bo: You've met your match?

E.J.: Look, I don't give a damn what you think about me. But I know that you care deeply about Samantha, and I'm telling you that she and the child are in grave danger.

Lucas: If anything happens to Sami, if anything happens to her, I'm all over you.

John: Call Sami. Tell her to stay at the pub until we get there, okay? Okay.

Lucas: All right.

Bo: Just so you know, Junior, once we squeeze the truth out of Lockhart, we will arrest you for conspiracy and murder.

E.J.: [Laughs] I'll never make it to trial.

John: Works for me.

E.J.: Maybe. But you should also know that you would certainly be signing a death warrant for Samantha Roberts, too.

Hope: Thank you so much. I cannot tell you how much we appreciate this. You too. Bye.

Sami: That's awesome. So she's gonna translate it for us?

Hope: Nancy Mangino, Cerilly Hall, Room 115.

Marlena: Okay, I will go on my way home.

Sami: No, let me do it.

Marlena: It's out of your way.

Sami: No, I want to do this. Believe me. It's sort of my thing. Lucas and I -- we found that letter, and I want to get to the bottom of this before someone else gets hurt.

Marlena: I'm so proud of you.

Sami: For what?

Marlena: Putting your family first all the time.

Sami: Thanks, Mom. If nothing else, I owe it to you all for all the trouble I've caused over the years.

Marlena: Oh, honey.

Sami: It's true. It is true. I mean, even my wedding -- you were all there. It was just another Sami Brady train wreck with that photo of me and E.J.

Marlena: You did what you had to do to save your husband's life, another reason for me to be proud of you.

Sami: Oh. Thanks, Mom. Thank you. I hate to leave once it's getting good, but I should probably get over to the university.

Hope: Don't lose it. It's our only copy.

Sami: I won't.

Hope: Room 115, Cerilly Hall.

Sami: Thank you. I'll guard this with my life.

Marlena: Please don't say that. Call us when you're done.

Sami: You bet. Hopefully we'll finally have the answers we've all been looking for.

Bart: Excuse me.

Sami: What the hell is wrong with you? I'm preg-- what a --

Bart: Sorry, blondie, but we're going for a little ride.

Belle: Oh, come on. You're not still suspicious of Philip after what I just told you. Shawn. Hey, hello.

Shawn D.: It all makes sense.

Belle: What? What makes sense?

Shawn D.: It's just -- something that someone said.

Willow: Hey, uh, Shawn. A word of advice -- don't trust Philip. He's not your friend.

Belle: Earth to Shawn. Who? Who said what?

Shawn D.: I'm sorry. It's just, uh, nothing.

Belle: No, don't shut me out like that. All right. So I think I have a compromise, but don't say anything until I finish.

Shawn D.: Okay, go ahead.

Belle: So as soon as I get out of here, which I think is gonna be pretty soon, we'll move into the mansion.

Shawn D.: That sounds like a great compromise.

Belle: You didn't let me finish. We move into the mansion for a couple weeks. And then you'll get a job, and we'll have Claire back, and we'll get our own place.

Shawn D.: I don't know.

Belle: Oh, please. Please, Shawn, do it for me. Do it for Claire.

Hope: I wonder how things are going down at the station.

Marlena: I don't know, but I would love to see E.J.'s face when John walks in there.

Hope: Tell me about it.

Marlena: They should be calling pretty soon, I think.

Hope: It's so strange. After all these years we've been at war with the DiMeras, and we have no idea why.

Marlena: I know. We just accept it. As sure as the sun rises and sets, the DiMeras just hate the Bradys.

Shawn: Hey.

Hope: Hey.

Shawn: Fresh out of the oven. I picked the apples myself.

Hope: It smells absolutely delicious. Thank you so much.

Shawn: Oh, thank you. But your mother-in-law, she's the one who spent the whole day in the kitchen. Where did Sami go?

Marlena: She had an errand to run.

Shawn: Oh, that's a shame. This is her favorite, too, you know. Listen, you girls enjoy, eh? Okay?

Hope: Oh, Shawn. Come, please, join us.

Shawn: I suppose I can take a break. What's up?

Hope: Well, you know, we could use a little help with some family history.

Shawn: Well, of course. Ask me anything you like.

Hope: Why are we at war with the DiMeras?

Shawn: Anything but that.

John: So you're afraid that you're gonna get whacked in prison? Hmm. It'd be a shame, wouldn't it?

E.J.: As a matter of fact, John, it would. I wouldn't be able to read the last chapter of "Harry Potter."

Bo: You don't really think I'm gonna let you walk, do you?

E.J.: Actually, yes. Yes, I do. If you care at all about your niece, you will. Here's what I'm proposing, gentlemen. You let me leave, and I'll talk to my father.

Bo: You said you couldn't get past Tony.

E.J.: I'll find a way. Believe me. Once I get there, I'll persuade him it's not in his best interest to harm either Samantha or the child. Now, I think that pretty much justifies you letting me out for good behavior.

Bo: Sorry. No deal.

E.J.: I'm sorry, too, for Samantha. [Cellphone ringing] Do you mind if I take this?

Lucas: I just called Sami on her cellphone. She didn't pick up.

E.J.: Bo, can I --

Bo: Yeah. Make it fast. Did you try the pub?

Lucas: Yeah. Hope said she went to the U. to do a little research or something.

Bo: Maybe you can catch up to her over there.

John: E.J. just hauled ass.

Lucas: What?

Bo: Damn it.

Shawn D.: So you think moving in with Philip will help bring our daughter back.

Belle: I do.

Shawn D.: I don't know. But if it means this much --

Belle: Yes, Shawn, it does. All I want is for my daughter to come home. And if we move in with Philip and we work as a team...

Shawn D.: Then we might have a better chance. And I guess that's all that matters, right? I love you, Belle.

Belle: So does this mean that we can move in? [Laughs] Thank you. Oh, thank you.

Shawn D.: All right. I'm gonna go and pack up some of your stuff, and we're gonna go check in there as soon as we get you checked out of here.

Belle: Hey, wait. I love you for this. I know this wasn't easy. I know there's a million other places you'd rather be, but I will never forget this, Shawn, and neither will Claire.

Shawn D.: All right. I'm gonna go and let Philip know we're on our way. All right.

Belle: We're gonna find her. I just know it. She's gonna come home to her mommy and daddy, right where she belongs.

Shawn D.: Yeah.

Hope: Shawn, I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to upset you.

Marlena: We thought, of everybody, you would know the most about the Bradys.

Shawn: I'm sorry, ladies. I don't have time to rehash old news. I got to get ready for my dinner crowd, okay?

Hope: That was really strange.

Marlena: You certainly did strike a nerve, didn't you?

Hope: I've never seen him so tense. Maybe I should go talk to him.

Marlena: No, no, no, no, no. Don't do that. Clearly, he has something going on. He knows something. He isn't ready to share it. We've got to be patient. When he's ready to tell us, he will do just that.

Sami: [Sighs] Oh, my God. Oh, my God. Help. Help. Oh! Help me! [Coughing] Somebody, please! Please, help! Please!

Stephanie: What are you talking about? What happened?

Guy: We lost our investor. We're grounded.

Bo: What the hell did you do with my niece -- Sami?

Sami: Help me. Help our baby.

E.J.: I'm gonna get you out of there, okay? I'm gonna get you out.
