Shawn D.: How's she doing?
Belle: Slept straight through the night.
Shawn D.: And the fever?
Belle: It's gone. We got our miracle. She's gonna be okay. We didn't lose her.
Shawn D.: That's never gonna happen.
Belle: Well, we came pretty close.
Shawn D.: Like I said, as long as we stick together, we're gonna be okay.
Belle: Well, you really came through for us big-time building that raft and finding help for her.
Shawn D.: [Southern accent] 'Twasn't nothin', ma'am.
Belle: [Laughs] Why is it that men always dodge compliments like they're hand grenades?
Shawn D.: [Normal voice] 'Cause we're men.
Belle: Well, why don't you dial down the macho a little bit so I can tell you how much I appreciate you letting us stay here at the hotel?
Shawn D.: I'm still not too fond of the idea.
Belle: Well, it's better than sleeping under a lean-to, that's for sure.
Shawn D.: Don't get too used to it 'cause we're not gonna be here much longer.
Belle: Well, Gabby said it's gonna take a week to fix her boat, so, for me, that's seven days of getting to build sand castles and look for seashells with Claire, you know -- do a little mommy-daughter stuff.
Shawn D.: Yeah. I guess. I should probably get downstairs and get some work done before Duck starts grumbling again.
Belle: Hey, when you see Gabby, will you ask her if we can change rooms to one with two beds?
Willow: You're still here.
Chelsea: Because I don't think you quite understood me the first time, Willow. Stay away from Nick.
Willow: Like you're the boss of me. Right.
Chelsea: I mean it. I'm not messing around with you.
Willow: That's all you've done since you got here, Chelsea. By the way, has anybody told you your hair's not your best friend?
Chelsea: Okay, I don't even know what that means. I think that you're trying to offend me, and if that's the case, Nick would kill you if he heard you say something like that to me.
Willow: Except you and Nick are over, and I'm the new girl in town. Plus, I really like him in that Clark Kent sort of way. I think we're gonna be friends -- really close friends.
Chelsea: Close enough for you to leech onto him. What is it with you, Willow? Every guy that crosses your path, you think, "what can I get out of this sucker?" First you reel in Shawn. Then that goes up in flames -- literally. Then you latch onto Philip.
Willow: What can I say? Men like to help me. Stick around. You might learn a thing or two.
Chelsea: Yeah, well, not this time. There's no way I'm letting you take advantage of Nick.
Willow: You're gonna have a really hard time stopping me, girlfriend, especially from your prison cell.
Kayla: Well, it looks like you just stay on this stretch until you hit the frontage road, and then you go East.
Marlena: It's definitely out in the backwoods. For sure, Steve didn't want us to follow him, did he?
Kayla: Let's just be thankful that Billie left this map behind.
Marlena: Think they might be trying to throw us off the trail?
Kayla: Don't even think that.
Marlena: I have to think that. Steve was so devious about getting out of the mental hospital. He'd do anything not to be caught.
Kayla: I am going to keep counting on this map. I talked to the parking-lot attendant. They said that Billie and Steve left just like 15 minutes before us. So, we can catch up with them. I'm sure that Billie's trying to drive slow so that we can find them.
Marlena: What do we do if we find them, hmm? Are you going to wrestle Steve to the ground, and I'll be waiting with a butterfly net?
Kayla: I'm hoping he'll turn himself in.
Marlena: I'm gonna say it one more time -- we need to pull over and let the police handle this.
Kayla: Marlena, no. He's my husband. I love him, and I am not abandoning him.
Marlena: No matter who gets hurt?
Steve: Damn it, Billie. Why didn't you pull the car over when I asked you to? Why'd you have to fight me? I got to leave you here. I got to leave you. I don't want to, but I have to if somebody shows up. I can't go back to that place. I just can’t. You'll be all right. Somebody will show up. They will. You'll be okay. You left that map behind, didn't you? Yeah. And if they don't, it's your own damn fault. You should have done what I told you.
Billie: I'm sorry.
Like sands through the hourglass, so are the Days of our Lives.
Shawn D.: Belle, we are staying here for free.
Belle: No, you're working for our room and board, so if there's a vacancy with two beds, why shouldn't we take it?
Shawn D.: Because I don't think our sleeping arrangement is anybody else's business.
Belle: Shawn, you are folded up like a pretzel on that chair.
Shawn D.: I don't mind.
Belle: Well, I do. And this room is a little cramped for all of us, and it's been a really long time since we've all had some room for ourselves.
Shawn D.: I'm sorry. Next time we're on the run, I'm gonna be sure to book you a suite in advance.
Belle: Shawn, why are you being so difficult?
Shawn D.: Because. I don't want people knowing our business.
Belle: Oh, no. I don't think that's it. I think this is all about Gabby and her father not thinking that you're man enough to take care of business.
Chelsea: Jail? No, I don't think so.
Willow: I heard you doing hard time's a slam dunk.
Chelsea: Who did you hear that from?
Willow: Where have you been? It's front-page news -- you burning down your daddy's house.
Chelsea: Willow, even if you could read, which I doubt that you can, it said that the damage to the house was minimal and that it was a suspected arson, so it didn't say that I did it.
Willow: Oh, so, what does that make you, a person of interest, maybe?
Chelsea: Since when did you become so interested in current events?
Willow: Smart guy like Nick, I got to keep up with him in the conversation.
Chelsea: Oh, yeah, that's right. There's a bunch of stuff going around in the tabloids. Let's see, um... "statue of Elvis found on mars." Or maybe you were looking for your own name under "police crack down on streetwalkers." Then there was a little picture of you getting shoved into a squad car.
Willow: So I walked the streets. At least I didn't burn down anybody's house.
Chelsea: Are you kidding me? Oh, no, that's right. You and Shawn -- you guys were just having an indoor barbecue, only instead of grabbing the hot sauce, you accidentally grabbed the gasoline. It could have happened to anybody. Cool, Willow.
Willow: Laugh your butt off all you want in your holding cell, but I heard that you're the suspected pyro.
Chelsea: Which is so untrue.
Willow: The police took you in for questioning, and your daddy's giving you the third degree.
Chelsea: He just wanted to know what I knew about the fire, which I told him was nothing.
Willow: Did he believe you, or is daddy covering for you again?
Kayla: No one is gonna get hurt.
Marlena: And you know that because?
Kayla: Because I know my husband. And setting a police trap is not the answer.
Marlena: You have no idea what's going on in his head, nor do you know what he's done to Billie.
Kayla: You know, Marlena, you talk about him like he's a wild animal, forgetting that E.J. tortured him. And you know, do you think that he's doing this because he wants to?
Marlena: However Steve got in this state of mind, he got into it. And the fact is, he's dangerous.
Kayla: I know that. I do. But I'll tell you something -- when I look at him, even back at the hospital, I look in his eyes, and I see that light -- the light of the old Steve. And I know how hard he is fighting this. And I have to fight, too.
Marlena: Kayla, it's just not fair, you know? E.J. should be the one running, not Steve.
Kayla: Yeah, well, so far, E.J. has managed to embarrass just about everybody in Salem and make them look like fools, even this police department that you so desperately want to get involved.
Marlena: Do you think Roman doesn't want to put E.J. behind bars?
Kayla: Then why isn't he? How many more lives does E.J. have to ruin before somebody stops him? Maybe I'm gonna have to be the one to stop him.
Billie: Oh. Where am I? Steve? Steve? Where are you? Steve?
Shawn D.: Belle, come on. You know this whole room-changing thing has got nothing to do with my ego.
Belle: Okay, then what is it?
Shawn D.: I am afraid getting caught. Have you forgotten that we are fugitives?
Belle: I'd like to for like five minutes.
Shawn D.: Belle, we can't afFord to let our guard down or draw attention to ourselves and have anybody wondering who we are. The minute we do that, we lose Claire.
Belle: What? Okay, I know that Victor and Philip have a pretty far reach, but on this island, in the middle of nowhere? Shawn, there's not even a newspaper or a television.
Shawn D.: They've got the internet.
Belle: [Laughing] Okay. I can see duck online. Or maybe he's tapping out our whereabouts in morse code.
Shawn D.: I'm glad you find that to be so funny.
Belle: Come on, after everything we've been through, I deserve a good laugh. You need to chill out.
Shawn D.: And you need to remember what is at stake here.
Belle: You think I don't? You think that I'm asking for a little more comfort because I'm some spoiled little rich girl? Is that it? I think I have proven that I can handle myself, okay? And I have.
Shawn D.: Yeah, everything except for sleeping in the same room with me.
Belle: Oh, come on. What, where are you going?
Shawn D.: From now on, I'll sleep outside, give you all the space that you need.
Chelsea: Nobody's covering for me.
Willow: So, you weren't there that night?
Chelsea: No. And my dad wouldn't lie for me.
Willow: He has before.
Chelsea: Yeah, that was before. Look, his wife and daughter almost died. I just hope that they catch the person that really did do this.
Willow: For your sake, I hope they do.
Chelsea: Oh, yeah, 'cause you're all about being human.
Willow: I do know what it's like to be locked up. Poor Nick. He's gonna be so lonely...for about a minute and a half. You know how fickle guys are.
Chelsea: Yeah, well, I guess you would know, huh? 'Cause you're the one with all the experience. Queen of one-night stands, right? Actually, it's probably more like one hour.
Willow: Then why are you so worried about me and Nick? Are you afraid he wants somebody with a little bit more experience?
Chelsea: First of all, I don't care who Nick sees.
Willow: Oh, that's right. That's why you flew over here and got in my face.
Chelsea: Look, Nick is a decent guy. He doesn't do user trash.
Willow: Fact check. Nick came up to me. He asked me what was wrong.
Chelsea: Oh, my God. Couldn't have been because you were crying crocodile tears or going, "poor me," all over his shoulder.
Willow: Because he cares.
Chelsea: It's called pity, Willow. Nick feels sorry for you. You are nothing to him except for his good deed for the day, so just back the hell off.
Willow: Chelsea, you're sharp, but you need to stop with your empty threats. Nick wants everything to do with me.
Chelsea: In your dreams.
Willow: Really? Then why has he already asked his Uncle Mickey to help me get into public housing? As a matter of fact, I don't think there's anything that Nick won't do for me. I don't even have to say pretty please.
Steve: Billie. Can you hear me? Billie, come on. I know you're in there.
Billie: [Sighs] I thought you left.
Steve: Yeah, well, just for a minute. I was out back. There's a stream out there. I was soaking a rag.
Billie: Thank you.
Steve: Too cold?
Billie: No. No, it's okay.
Steve: Yeah?
Billie: What happened?
Steve: Our car flipped. You got a pretty nasty -- careful. You got a bump over here. It ended up in a ravine about a half a mile from here. It's gonna need a tow.
Billie: Great. That's great. There goes my deductible. Who gave me a tow?
Steve: I did.
Billie: I thought you left. You should be gone. The cops are gonna be after you.
Steve: Yeah, I know. I just wanted to make sure you were okay first.
Billie: That's sweet.
Steve: That's me -- Mr. Compassion.
Billie: Well, unlucky for you, that's exactly who you are.
Marlena: Well, Lara Croft, may I have your autograph?
Kayla: Not funny.
Marlena: Neither is watching you go after E.J. all by yourself. I know the DiMeras. I know the evil they're capable of.
Kayla: You don't think I do?
Marlena: Of course, but I've seen it up close and personal. They live by their own rules. They will destroy anybody who crosses them.
Kayla: Gee, thanks for the pep talk.
Marlena: I know how strong and determined you are. It's not about strength of character. DiMeras have no character. They have a complete lack of anything close to conscience. They're monsters.
Kayla: I'm not afraid of them.
Marlena: Well, maybe you should be. Maybe you should be terrified.
Belle: Shawn, you can't sleep outside.
Shawn D.: Why not?
Belle: Because you might get wet.
Shawn D.: I've been left out in the rain before.
Belle: And you liked it so much that you want to do it again? That's just stupid.
Shawn D.: What's stupid is giving away our secrets.
Belle: Gabby and her father are not a threat to us.
Shawn D.: You don't know that Belle, and I'm tired of arguing with you. So, from now on, we're gonna stay in here. We're gonna take care of Claire, and I'm gonna bunk outside. That way, you can have all the privacy that you need, and nobody's gonna know what goes on behind closed doors. And this may come as a shock to you, but I am not a threat to you, either.
Belle: What is wrong with you?
Shawn D.: What's wrong with me? What's wrong with me is I've been risking my life for you and Claire. I have obeyed every single rule that you laid down on that crummy island. What's wrong with me is that you can't stand to sleep in the same room as me, and I don't know what I did to deserve that.
Billie: You had no reason to stay.
Steve: Not even for old time's sake?
Billie: Not after I deliberately left that map in the apartment for somebody to find.
Steve: Oh. So, you admit that now. Well, you were scared.
Billie: Yeah, but you could have left me in the car and hitchhiked to Canada by now.
Steve: Hitchhiking's dangerous. You never know what kind of psycho might pick you up -- maybe someone like me.
Billie: I'm not afraid of you, Steve -- not anymore.
Steve: Well, you should be. I'm a scary dude.
Billie: Even after you pulled me out of the car and brought me up here, waited to make sure I was okay, and then put this cold compress on my head? It kind of reminds me of somebody I used to know.
Steve: I got to go.
Billie: Steve. How do you plan on escaping from something that's already a part of you?
Kayla: Don't worry. I'm not gonna get in a shootout with E.J.
Marlena: Goody. What is your plan?
Kayla: You mean what will I do with E.J.?
Marlena: Yeah, what will you do? Will you torture him? Will you kill him?
Kayla: You don't think that he deserves whatever punishment I give him, after everything that he's done to Steve, not to mention Tek and Lexie? And what about John -- your John? Do you think it matters to me one little bit about what happens to that son of a bitch after I have watched my husband suffer the way he has?
Marlena: I love my husband as much as you love your husband. And if I thought revenge would bring him back, I would torture E.J. myself, but it won’t.
Kayla: I am talking about justice. I really thought that you were along this ride with me, but I guess I was wrong.
Marlena: You're dead wrong because that might mean signing on to a vendetta. It could get everybody killed.
Kayla: Oh, look. There's a gas station. Let's stop there, show Steve's picture. Maybe somebody saw him.
Marlena: All right, Kayla. I want to make one thing very clear. I care about Steve, and I'll do whatever I can to help him. But I will not stand by and let you protect him. And if he endangers other people's lives, I'm not on your side.
Belle: Come on, Shawn. This isn't about you. My feelings haven't changed. I'm just as confused now as I was the day we left Salem.
Shawn D.: See, that's what gets me. After everything that we've been through and how close we've become, you're still confused?
Belle: Yes, and maybe it's because of everything we've been through, you know? I mean, we had to be close for survival. What happens to us when things get back to normal?
Shawn D.: I don't know. Look... I can't tell you when normal is just gonna appear. I don't know. For the record, you weren't too confused back on the island.
Belle: What, because we snuggled? That was just -- that was just body heat -- survival.
Shawn D.: Yeah, right. You can't tell me that you didn't feel something more than just survival.
Belle: Oh, that's right, 'cause you're a guy. It's all about sex.
Shawn D.: I wouldn't be here with you right now if I was hoping to get lucky. Belle, I am lucky. I'm the luckiest guy in the world. I care about you, and I care about Claire. It runs deep.
Belle: I'm sorry. I'm really sorry. I know you're not that kind of guy, and you've proved it a hundred different ways. Look, we've just gotten to a place where we can finally catch our breath after being on the run, and I just need a few days of not feeling like I have to look over my shoulder to see if Philip is gaining on us.
Shawn D.: That doesn't exist.
Belle: Well, I think you're wrong because we just landed on this island paradise. And for the first time since we left Salem, I don't feel like I have to worry about anything. We can have dinner together, all of us, at a real table and just, you know, be together, figure some stuff out.
Shawn D.: Like what?
Belle: Like us and what we mean to each other.
Shawn D.: There's nothing for me to figure out. I know what I want. I love you, and I love Claire. And I want us to be a family. Yeah, it hurts me that you don't feel the same.
Chelsea: Wow. You've taken shameless to a whole nother level. Scamming Nick to ask his uncle to help you?
Willow: I didn't scam anyone. He volunteered. He felt sorry for my baby.
Chelsea: So do I. You know...I don't even know why I'm wasting my breath with you. Once Nick finds out that you're the cheap skank who took a bribe from Philip to lie in court about Shawn and Belle, he's gonna lose you faster than a cold.
Willow: Think again, sweetie. But, hey, we'll visit you when you're locked up for robbing Bo's house.
Chelsea: What did you just say? Willow, what are you talking about? It was a fire. Nobody said anything about a robbery. So, how did you know?
Marlena: Any luck?
Kayla: Nobody recognized Steve's picture. There was a trucker there that said he saw a car overturned in a ditch about two miles North.
Marlena: Did he see people in the car?
Kayla: No, he didn't even look. He said he thought it was abandoned.
Marlena: Did he phone it in?
Kayla: No.
Marlena: [Sighs] Okay, well, then, it's up to us to find them. And if they're on foot, that shouldn't be too hard to do.
Kayla: If they're still alive.
Billie: All right. Let me know if this hurts.
Steve: Hey.
Billie: Does that hurt?
Steve: Okay, come on. It's okay. You don't need to do that.
Billie: No, no, no.
Steve: I'm good to go.
Billie: No, no, no, no, no. Stop it. You're not going anywhere. Just hold on.
Steve: Billie, my back is against the wall. I can't stay here because I cannot go back to that nuthouse.
Billie: Listen, you won't have to go back to the hospital, okay? I will talk to everybody, and I will make them understand why you ran away.
Steve: You really expect me to trust you?
Billie: At this point, I think this is the best offer you've had in a long time.
Belle: Well, you're lucky you know how you feel. I don’t.
Shawn D.: I get that.
Belle: No, I don't think you do. Shawn, we have a really long and crazy history, and we have taken that baggage halfway around the world.
Shawn D.: And we can unpack it. We can throw it away, and we can start over.
Belle: And how can we do that when we're constantly on the run, us against the world? Okay? I just need some peace in all of this chaos before I can even begin to think about finding my way back to you.
Shawn D.: I'm trying to understand. But it's hard.
Belle: I know. Look, I just need to know that whatever fantasy we live out or whatever feelings that we may have, that when we go back to Salem that I know in my heart what's real and what isn’t.
Shawn D.: I want you to be sure, Belle. I want you to get all those worries and those doubts out of our way, and I'll give you all the time that you need to find your way back to your heart.
Belle: And the room?
Shawn D.: I just -- I still think it's too risky. But I promise you that I'm gonna find a way to make it work for both of us. [Banging on door]
Duck: Hey, boy scout. I need you to lug a couple of kegs up from the cooler, unless I'm interfering with your beauty sleep.
Willow: Robbery, arson -- whatever. A crime's a crime, and you're gonna pay.
Chelsea: You know, you seem to know an awful lot about what happened that night for somebody that wasn't there.
Willow: Like I said, I'm keeping up with the news.
Chelsea: Or you just want wicked revenge on Bo and Hope, the same way you did after Shawn dumped you -- by torching the place.
Willow: Chelsea, you're smart, but when it comes to playing girl detective, not so much.
Chelsea: Okay, then prove me wrong.
Willow: What I'd like to do right now is put a fist through your face.
Chelsea: Then go ahead.
Willow: I want you to stop and think for a minute. Why would I want to hurt Bo and Hope and their precious little baby?
Chelsea: All I need is one really good reason why you wouldn’t.
Willow: I don't know. Maybe because I'm carrying their grandson. That's right. Shawn's the father. And Bo and Hope have been helping me out. Hope sent me to her ob-gyn. She's picking up the tab for prenatal care, the vitamins, the works. Yeah, Bo and Hope have been so terrific to me and their grandson. Maybe it's because I'm the daughter that they always wished for, never had.
Steve: You're too much, you know that? You actually think I'd trust you again? You know, come to think of it, I don't even know why I saved your life.
Billie: What?! You saved my life? I'm sorry. You saved my life? What kind of screwed up -- what are you thinking? You're the one that almost got me killed in the first place.
Steve: You wouldn't pull the car over.
Billie: Right, so you had to grab the wheel and send us flying into a ditch?
Steve: Accidents happen.
Billie: You know what? You made us crash, Steve. You need to get back to Salem and get the help that you need. You're out of control.
Steve: All right, thanks for the prescription. Send me the bill. I got to go.
Billie: What are you -- you're leaving me here by myself?
Steve: I'll tell you what -- I'll leave you here with Mr. Phone. He's only got one bar left. You better call somebody before he dies. I'm sorry about all this. Have a nice life.
Duck: Oh, what you lack in brains you make up for in muscle.
Shawn D.: Where do you want these?
Duck: Just leave them there. You know, you better stow them behind the bar. Take those empties down and stack them. On the double, boy scout.
Shawn D.: [Grunts]
[Knock on door]
Belle: Come in. Door's open.
Gabby: Good morning!
Belle: Good morning.
Gabby: Did you sleep well?
Belle: Oh, like a baby, thanks to you.
Gabby: I just stopped by to see if you guys needed anything.
Belle: No, we're good.
Gabby: Well, is the room okay?
Belle: Yeah, it's perfect.
Gabby: Good. I'll be back later to bring you some liniment to rub on Shawn's shoulders.
Belle: Why? Is Duck cracking the whip?
Gabby: My dad must have really shaken him up because I have never, ever seen anybody carry two full kegs at once -- ever.
Belle: Well, Shawn's a hard worker -- one of the many things that I love about him.
Gabby: I don't mean to be nosy, but have you two set a date?
Belle: What makes you think that we're not already married?
Gabby: No wedding band. But you do have a little girl, and anyone with eyes can see how devoted Shawn is. Claire has to be his.
Belle: Well, we haven't really set a date yet.
Gabby: Why wait? You know, my father can marry you two right here on the island. Unless there's some reason you don't want to.
Willow: Get with the program, little girl. It's not a big secret you wanted Bo and Billie to be your new mommy and daddy.
Chelsea: Shut your mouth.
Willow: Did that pipe dream go up in smoke --
Chelsea: I said shut up, Willow.
Willow: Chelsea, you can leave any time you want, so why don't you? Is it 'cause I'm hitting too close to home? That's right, Chelsea. You don't even have a home.
Chelsea: You are such a flaming bitch.
Willow: You are who you are. And that's your problem, Chelsea. You don't know who you are or where you belong, and nobody wants anything to do with you. You have to stop lying to yourself to make it okay. As if Bo doesn't think you're the one who started the fire.
Chelsea: My dad believes me. I had nothing to do with that fire.
Willow: Really? Are you sure he doesn't see this as a blessing in disguise to get you off his back and out of his life for good?
Chelsea: You're crazy, you know that?
Willow: After everything that Bo has done for me and my baby, maybe I'll do something for him, like lie on the witness stand to help him put you behind bars.
Steve: Well, looky here. If it isn't Las Dos Doctoras.
Kayla: You're hurt.
Steve: Oh, no. I'll live.
Kayla: Steve, please --
Steve: No, stay back.
Kayla: Maybe you need stitches.
Steve: No.
Marlena: We're just trying to help you.
Billie: Save it, Marlena. He's determined to do this on his own.
Steve: Hey, Billie. Glad to see your friends? Lucky you left that map behind, huh?
Kayla: Billie, are you all right?
Billie: I'm fine.
Steve: No, she's not. She's probably got a concussion.
Kayla: What about you?
Steve: I'm already out of here.
Kayla: How long can you keep running?
Marlena: We can still fix this, Steve.
Billie: That's what I told him.
Steve: You mean fix me. What are you gonna do, shock the crap out of me again? Maybe you want to cut that part of my brain out that makes me do bad things.
Kayla: Just come back to us. We'll talk to the judge.
Steve: No, I'm not going back there, baby.
Kayla: Come on. If we convince the court that you are serious about getting well, they'll put you back in the hospital.
Steve: Why does your solution to my problems always end with me being locked up?
Belle: Well, you're not shy, that's for sure.
Gabby: Yeah. You noticed.
Belle: Couldn't help it.
Gabby: It gets that way living on an island. Not too many pretensions around here, you know?
Belle: I just wonder why you're so curious about Shawn and me getting married.
Gabby: Yeah, it's not really what you're so curious about, is it?
Belle: You're right. Are you interested in Shawn Romantically?
Gabby: I guess I'm not the only one who's up front, am I?
Belle: Well, you insisted that we stay here. Was that just a nice gesture, or was it more about him?
Gabby: Look, um, I don't go after guys who are already taken, okay? And I like you two. I can tell you guys have been through a lot -- losing your boat, Claire getting sick. What can I say? I always root for the underdog.
Belle: But you are curious about us.
Gabby: Yeah, I guess I am.
Belle: Well, I don't really know what Shawn and I are anymore. It's always been that way, kind of back and forth, even when we were married to other people.
Gabby: But here you are with your little girl. She is Shawn's, yes?
Belle: Oh, yeah. And Shawn's a really great dad to Claire. You know, we're just taking things slow, seeing what works out and what doesn’t.
Gabby: Oh, my God. Belle, I am so stupid. I put you guys in a room with one bed. I just assumed. I'm so sorry.
Belle: It's okay -- a little awkward.
Gabby: No, I want you guys to be comfortable. Listen, I can switch you guys into a room with twin beds if that's what you'd prefer.
Shawn D.: I stacked the empties. What's next, captain?
Duck: I was a sergeant, boy. I ate frickin' captains for lunch.
Shawn D.: I'm sorry. It was a bad joke.
Duck: What's the deal with you, boy scout?
Shawn D.: What do you mean?
Duck: I mean, you work so hard to prove you're a good guy, show me you're a man. But I mean, you're jumpier than a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. So, which is it? Are you just young and dumb, or do you got something to hide?
Chelsea: You are such a waste of skin, you know that?
Willow: Watch it! I've got a baby on board.
Chelsea: Yeah, lucky for you. Otherwise, I'd mess you up so bad you'd have to pay your customers.
Willow: [Exhales sharply] [Sighs] These rocks are too hot. Got to get rid of them.
Chelsea: She's lying. My dad loves me.
Marlena: Steve, lashing out at Kayla won't do anything. But if you agree to come back to Salem as my patient, I'll make sure the judge does not put you in jail but gives you treatment.
Steve: Oh, really? You know, I seem to recall I asked for your help once, and you turned me down. I'm not interested in being your head case now or ever. I only stayed here to make sure Billie was okay, but now I'm gone.
Marlena: I'm afraid you're not going anywhere, Steve.
Steve: I don't want to hurt you. I don't even want to touch you. So make it easy on yourself and step aside.
Marlena: You're not leaving here -- not until you turn yourself in.
Celeste: I curse your name for what you did to my girl.
E.J.: Your girl ran off with her boy toy.
Celeste: No, my daughter was murdered, and there's no doubt in my mind that you wanted her dead.
Steve: Aah!
Marlena: Kayla, help us wrap his -- what's wrong with you?
Belle: I'm trying to call the U.S. -- The United States. What's the problem? Why can't you get my call through?
