Bridget: Oh, this is gonna be great. Deacon is gonna be so excited. Just a few more minutes and he's going to get the surprise of his life.

Amber: Did you get Eric down?

Rick: Yeah, he fell right back to sleep.

Amber: Maybe we should have left him with Helen tonight.

Rick: Why?

Amber: It's been awhile since we've spent some time alone. You know --

Rick: I've got exams coming up. I have to study.

Amber: Fine, hit the books. I'll entertain myself, I'm getting used to it.

Rick: What are you doing?

Amber: Checking my messages. Seeing if maybe Ginger wants to do something tonight.

Rick: Don't be like that, Amber. Look, I'm not blowing you off, I really do have to study.

Amber: That's weird.

Rick: What?

Amber: There's a message for you. It's a friend of yours from the office. He wants to know what's going on because Bridget borrowed a gown.

Rick: So what? Bridget borrows things all the time.

Amber: Yeah, but wait until you hear what kind of gown she borrowed.

Deacon: Father, you sure that Bridget didn't tell you where she was going?

Priest: I'm sure she'll be here any minute.

Deacon: This is so weird. This doesn't make any sense. She says sit tight, she'll be right back. I don't know.

Bridget: Deacon. I'm back.

Deacon: Wow. You look unbelievable.

Brooke: I don't know what to say.

Megan: I'm sorry. I am so sorry, I did not mean to push you to take the test. I overreacted, okay? Go ahead, say it. Tell me you told me so.

Brooke: Look. Look at it, Megan.

Megan: Oh, my God. It's positive. Brooke, you're pregnant.

Megan: Oh, my God, Brooke, it's true.

Brooke: How can be this happening? No. Not Deacon and me. God, what have I done? What have I done?

Megan: Brooke, look, look, look. I know -- I know, this is such a terrible shock. But you have got to calm down, okay? Come on, what can I do? What can I do?

Brooke: Nothing. Megan, there's nothing that anybody can do. It's too late. I've ruined everything.

Megan: This isn't your fault. You were extremely vulnerable, Brooke. Your father had betrayed you. Ridge made it clear that you didn't have a future together. You were depressed, you were lonely. It did seem like the world had turned against you. And Deacon caught you in your weakest moment ever.

Brooke: I slept with my daughter's husband.

Megan: He told you their marriage had ended.

Brooke: But it didn't. They're still married. And Bridget loves him.

Megan: Brooke, she loves you, too. And she knows what you've been through, okay? And so did Deacon. And he took advantage of it. And when Bridget finds that out --

Brooke: No. She can't find out nobody can find out, Megan. Do you understand me, Megan? Nobody can ever find out about this pregnancy.

Rick: I don't get it, did you say a wedding gown? Bridget left Forrester with a wedding gown?

Amber: That's what the message said.

Rick: I should have known he was going to pull something like this.

Amber: I don't get it. What do you think he's going to do?

Rick: They're going to renew their vows.

Amber: What's wrong with that?

Rick: A few days ago Deacon was going to ask her for a divorce.

Amber: So he changed his mind.

Rick: Yeah. And what if he changes it again? This isn't right, amber. Bridget deserves someone that she can depend on, someone who is committed to her.

Amber: Well, maybe that's why they're renewing their vows. Maybe Deacon's ready to make a commitment now.

Rick: What, you really think he can be faithful to her?

Amber: Yes, I do. Deacon and Bridget are happy. They've had their problems, but they're moving on. You know what? I envy them.

Bridget: You did say you wanted to give me the wedding I'd always dreamed of.

Deacon: What, right now? Bridget, your family's not here, I mean, no one's here.

Bridget: This is just for us. Deacon, it's like we talked about, let's clean the slate.

Deacon: That's what you two were talking about. Okay, all right, now I got it.

Priest: Bridget tells me that you recently survived a very difficult period of your relationship.

Deacon: Well, to tell you the truth, Father, our marriage actually got off to a pretty lousy start.

Priest: But you've managed to work out your differences?

Deacon: Yeah, because of Bridget. Father, I know you don't know Bridget well, but she is an amazing woman. Well, what she has put up with with me, I can't really begin to tell you. The mistakes I've made -- and she's forgiven me, every step of the way. I'm going to spend the rest of my life trying to be worthy of her and to thank her.

Priest: Well, then, let's make it official.

Deacon: All right.

Bridget: You want to?

Deacon: Absolutely, okay.

Priest: Wonderful. Bridget, give me your ring. Bridget, you wait in the back. Deacon, you come with me.

Deacon: Okay.

Bridget: Oh, Deacon, wait. I've had this for a while. And I've just been waiting for the right time to give it to you.

Deacon: What? Bridget, this is beautiful. I'd be honored to wear it. Thank you.

Bridget: I'll see you in a minute.

Deacon: Okay. Thank you, Father.

Priest: Are you ready?

Deacon: Yeah, let's do this, all right?

Rick: What do you mean, you envy Bridget and Deacon?

Amber: You saw them at Kristen's wedding. That wasn't an act. We're the ones who are acting.

Rick: What does that mean?

Amber: Look, I understand we still have a lot of issues to deal with. But come on -- we can do better than this, can't we?

Rick: I'm trying, Amber.

Amber: I know, I know. You want to do what's right for the baby. You want to give this child a stable and solid home.

Rick: Yes, and I am going to follow through on that.

Amber: But it's not just you. I'm a part of this, too.

Rick: You think I'm shutting you out?

Amber: Look, I just want to talk like we used to, you know, without all this tension. Just let your guard down, let me show you what kind of wife I can be. You know, this marriage isn't just about this baby. But if that's all you can handle right now, fine. At least be excited about it. I'm pregnant with your child, we're having a baby. This is a miraculous, beautiful thing. Who wouldn't be thrilled about this?

Megan: Brooke, listen to me. We're going to deal with this. There's no reason to panic.

Brooke: Oh, God. What do you mean, no reason to panic? I betrayed my daughter. I am pregnant with her husband's baby. She's never going to be able to forgive me for this. God, how stupid could I be? I knew deacon couldn't be trusted.

Megan: You made a mistake.

Brooke: What I did was wrong. And it can't be fixed. But I have a life growing inside of me, and that is not a mistake.

Megan: Okay, you're right. It is a very complicated situation. But we're going to figure it out.

Brooke: How? How are we gonna figure it out? I mean, I can't just undo it. I can't take it back. God, I never meant for this to happen. But it did. And now it's going to change everything for all of us.

Priest: Bridget, deacon. Tonight, you renew your pledge to love one another as God loves you, with tenderness, generosity and unfailing compassion. May he bless and strengthen you in your faith. Please, join hands and face one another. Do you, Deacon, take Bridget to be your wife, to have and to hold, to love

Deacon: Father, can I say something first?

Priest: Certainly.

Deacon: Bridget, before I say "I do," I want you to know. Love, honor, cherish -- those were just words to me before I met you. And I thought I knew what they meant, but I didn't. It's so amazing to me, every time I think I know the depth of your love for me, you just -- you manage to take it deeper. I mean, look at this, tonight, just like this -- I don't know what I've done in my life that's right, or what I've done to deserve you. But you blow me away. And I want to do the same thing for you. So I don't how care how long it takes, or what I have to do, you're gonna see. I will never disappoint you again.

Bridget: Deacon, there have been disappointments, and our marriage might not have started under ideal circumstances, but as a result of that we've both grown, we've both matured -- being your wife has had such an amazing effect on me. I've grown up, I've become my own person, I know what I want, and I know what's important to me. And that's you. So you don't have anything to prove to me. I've already seen the kind of man you are. And I love that man. Now and always. Nothing will ever change that.

Rick: You want me to say something, Amber, but I don't know what you want me to say.

Amber: When was the last time you asked me how I was?

Rick: I ask you how you're feeling all the time.

Amber: No, not how I'm feeling, not "how's the baby?" "How's the pregnancy?" But "how are you?"

Rick: You know what, I'm sorry. I've just -- I've been preoccupied.

Amber: No, you've been avoiding me. You know, and I ask you something simple like, you know, when the baby comes, we're gonna need to find a bigger place. And you just can't seem to handle that, because that seems like too big of a commitment for you. Well, I'm not afraid to look at the future, Rick. In fact, I think about it all the time. You know why? Because I'm determined to make this work. I'm going to win back your trust. All I need is a chance. I won't let you down. You'll see. One day I'm going to make you very proud of me. And if Bridget and Deacon can overcome their problems, then we can definitely overcome ours.

Priest: Are you ready to continue?

Deacon: Yeah.

Bridget: Please.

Priest: Okay, Bridget. Will you take Deacon to be your husband, to join with him, be faithful to him and share with him all that is to come? Will you love, honor and keep him, for better or worse, for sickness and in health, for as long as you both shall live?

Bridget: I will.

Priest: And will you, Deacon, take Bridget to be your wife, to join with her, to be faithful to her and share all that is to come? Will you love, honor and keep her, for better or worse, in sickness and in health, for as long as you both shall live?

Deacon: I will. I will.

Priest: Deacon, place this ring on Bridget's finger and repeat after me -- "I give this ring as a sign of my love and faithfulness."

Deacon: I give this ring as a sign of my love and faithfulness.

Priest: Bridget.

Bridget: Deacon, I give this ring as a sign of my love and faithfulness.

Priest: Bridget, Deacon. You have reconfirmed your consent and your vows before God. May he confirm your covenant, and renew in your hearts his wisdom and grace. Now that you have recommitted yourselves by solemn vow.

Brooke: How could I do this? How could I let this happen? Having sex with my daughter's husband? I'm an intelligent woman, Megan. I never should have let this happen.

Megan: Brooke, stop it. Stop beating yourself up.

Brooke: No, no, you stop! Stop trying to make me feel better! There is no excuse for what I've done -- no justification for my behavior. I am a grown woman with grown children. And they're both married, and their out on their own. And now I'm pregnant again? With Deacon's baby? My God! Oh, God, Megan, what am I going to do?

Megan: I don't know. Brooke, come on, you just found out. You're still in shock. I think that you should really just give this some time.

Brooke: You know, Bridget and Deacon are planning a life together. Bridget is committed to Deacon. And now this? Sooner or later, the truth is going to come out. And when it does -- God, how could I do this? How could I do this to my family and to my children? To Bridget. To this little baby inside of me. Oh, God, I'm so ashamed. I'm so ashamed.
