"The
Conversation with Amanda de Cadenet"
review by Suzanne
Thursdays at 11/10c on Lifetime
I don't normally watch talk shows, or shows about
celebrities...but this one is pretty interesting. Ms. de Cadenet interviews
famous women on a couch about personal issues like marriage, family, and
children. She doesn't just interview them but talks to them, woman-to-woman,
like they are friends (and it doesn't seem fake).
They sent me the first episode, where she interviews four
celebrity women: Jane Fonda, Gwyneth Paltrow, Sarah Silverman, and Zoe Saldana.
I felt that Fonda was the most interesting because she has lived the longest.
She's been married 3 times, unlike the others! But the whole thing was
fascinating.
I would definitely like to see who else can be interviewed. de
Cadenet does a fine job of asking the questions and making her guests feel at
ease. Demi Moore produces the show.
