If I Were
In Control…
There are times when I watch General Hospital and think
of how I would have changed something if I was in control and since it is
Tuesday, I will give my pick from last week.
I knew after watching last weeks episode that something
I would change would have to be in regards to something about Emily and
Sonny, it was hard to pick just one but I did it and here it is. The heat in
the guest house goes out and so Emily tries to start a fire but gets soot
all over her, she then goes to the main house, where Sonny invites her to
stay and then they end up meeting in the hallway with just towels on. If I
was in control, the heat would never have gone out in the first place and
Emily would have stayed in the guest house until morning, when she would
leave to go to her own home and focus on being a doctor. If the heat had to
go out, I would have then wanted Lucky to have shown up at Sonny’s to
question him about a crime (which Durant sent him to ask) and then he would
see Emily and offer for her to come stay the night with them and she would
accept.
Either way, as long as Emily was not staying in the
main house. I just want her as far away from Sonny as possible.
Today’s
Episode
I don’t like how the episode started with a dream about
Emily and Sonny, please no. I can’t believe how everyone is trying to
protect Carly; she can take care of herself. Lorenzo is right though, Carly
does love the attention. I knew something was up with Durant interrogating
Sonny and I can’t believe Sonny said he was a pacifist which cracked me up.
I loved the look at the stenographers face when Carly said the definition
Alexis gave of Jason prior to his accident sounded like a preppy geek. I
can’t believe that Sonny asked Jason to take care of Manny before the trial.
I felt sorry for Nikolas when he saw Courtney and Jax together. It doesn’t
look good for Jason or Sonny since Durant installed cameras inside and
outside of his hospital room. Jax seems to not be able to stay away from
Courtney. I am glad that Elizabeth gave Emily some advice but I doubt that
she is going to listen. I am happy that Ric noticed that there were cameras
installed but I can’t believe that Durant had them arrested. It was cute how
Ric said that they better call the babysitter. Jason should have listened to
Sam when she told him to be careful. Ok, I almost got sick again when Emily
dreamt of Sonny giving up his criminal life for her; please stop this Sonny
and Emily non-sense. I loved seeing Alexis and Ric behind bars, but I wished
that Ric would have gotten his phone call because he would have warned Sonny
about the cameras.
