10. Marlena and Roman (He stepped aside even though he still
loves her, to let her be happy with John; that had to be a great
love that they shared)
9. Mickey and Maggie (the standby couple to which no harm ever
seems to come these days, yet they are just happy being with each
other)
8. Doug and Julie (an older couple who still find the time to
be romantic)
7. Shawn and Belle (new love from an old friendship)
6. Mimi and Rex (I just like seeing Mimi be happy; she's
usually just "Belle's friend")
5. Kate and Roman (For once, Kate isn't being sinister in her
dealings; she's truly happy with Salem's resident good cop)
4. Jack and Jennifer (One of the original pairings who are
sweet to each other, yet also a hoot to watch sometimes)
3. Bo and Hope (billed as one of Days supercouples, a storybook
romance)
2. Alice and Tom (who could leave out the original Days
supercouple that started it all?)
1. Marlena and John (This is my favorite couple so I'm a little
biased..:) Marlena is my favorite character so seeing her happy
with a man who can be so romantic and protective yet lets Marlena
be independent most of the time just tugs at this hopeless
romantic viewer)
