Monday

Carly left a long message for Chloe without being cut off.

Chloe and Nicole were not standing in the same positions they were in on last Friday's episode.  Last week they were closer to Chloe's front door, but in this episode they were further in the apartment.

Who buried Nicole's dog if the dog died while she was in prison?

Tuesday

Stephanie's tears appeared and disappeared within a scene.

Sydney's carriage was in EJ's room, but Sami didn't bring it with her.

Wednesday

When did Sydney go to the daycare at the hospital when she was in EJ's room in Tuesday's episode?

When did Stefano hate Chad?

Thursday

When did Rafe have time to get the new apartment when they have only been together for a couple of days?

When Vivian lifted her head in the coffin, she banged it on the lid.  If she's that high up in the coffin, she should be heard when she screams.

Friday

EJ's monitor went off when Stefano asked who shot him, but id didn't go off yesterday.
