Candice Accola and Zach Roerig: It's Over! (ex-Casey)
Soap Classics has been streaming a single classic episodes on their
Web site, usually linked to the most
recent DVD set that they're releasing. To celebrate Mother's Day, Soap Classics
is streaming a true ATWT classic: The game-changing episode where Lucinda learns
the shocking identity of Lily's birth mother, Iva. Click

Soap Classics' latest DVD set, Farewell To Oakdale, contains the final 10
episodes of ATWT, where the writers wrapped up 54 years and 13,858 episodes of
romance, adventure, drama and comedy. The 2-disc set is $19.95, but for $24.95,
you can get the DVD along with a replica of an annotated shooting script from
the final week of the series. The script is from the September 14, 2010 episode,
where Jack and Carly are gearing up for their wedding as special guests arrive
to help them celebrate. This special bonus collectible is also available

Linda Cook Mann (ex-Egypt, Loving, ex-Ann/Lucy, ATWT; ex-Ellen, OLTL;
ex-Brenda, GL) passed away from breast cancer complications on April 12 in New
York City, surrounded by her loved ones.
SoapClassics has released a DVD collection of key moments in the epic love story of Lily
and Holden in 10 episodes. The 2 DVD set selling for $19.95
begins with the 1985 episode that saw hunky new stableboy
Holden jumping out of the hayloft to encounter spoiled
little rich girl Lily for the very first time. The ten
episodes chronicle the ups and downs in their relationship
including Holden nearly marrying Emily, Luke's birth, and

Dan Frazer, who played Nancy Hughes' husband Lt. Dan
"Mac" McCloskey on ATWT, died of cardiac arrest at 90 on
December 16 at his home in Manhattan.

Trent Dawson (Henry Coleman) posted on his FaceBook page
on August 25 that he and his long-time girlfriend are
engaged.
OLTL's Terri Conn (Aubrey) and Austin Peck (Rick) were married on July 1,
2011. It is the second marriage for each actor, who met while playing
husband and wife Brad and Katie on ATWT. Peck is the father to two boys,
Aidan, almost 9, and Roman, 6, while Conn's daughter Julia is 7.
Anthony Herrera (James Stenbeck) died on June 21, 2011,
in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He had been battling mantle cell
lymphoma since 1997.
Farley Granger (ex-Dr. Will Vernon; ex-Earl Mitchell, ATWT) passed away
on March 27, 2011, at his home in Manhattan at the age of 85.
The Writers Guild of America, East and West nominated
ATWT, GH, and OLTL for outstanding achievement in television
during the 2010 season. On February 5, 2011, the 2011 Writers Guild Awards
for Daytime Serial was presented to "As the World Turns"
written by Susan Dansby, Lucky Gold, Janet Iacobuzio,
Penelope Koechl, David Kreizman, Leah Laiman, David A.
Levinson, Leslie Nipkow, Jean Passanante, Gordon Rayfield,
David Smilow.
