Show Circuit Magazine recently came out with their Autumn 2005 Issue.
One star was obvious, Tab Hunter and his wonderful new book "Tab Hunter
Confidential" By Algonquin Books is soon to become a best seller. Tab has been a
longtime friend of mine and very honest and I had no idea he'd be so witty,
honest and entertaining as a writer. Some jealous pundit recently said, Tab
Hunter is a better writer than he is an actor. Sour grapes! This man is a superb
actor, Emmy/Oscar caliber if you ask me. And he still looks incredible. Why is
he out of our site ?
The second star is Hollywood Stylist to the Stars, Wayne Scot Lukas.
The six feet four inches hunk is striking and even manages to upstage Mr.
Hunter. Wayne talked openly about his love for horses and how it all came about
due to the loss of his father. A friend brought him out to her barn and he fell
in love with the horse. Not to mention the horse fell in love with him. Doesn't
the horse have excellent taste? Word has it, not only the readers and horse
lovers of Show Circuit magazine have taken notice of this extremely sensitive,
sincere man. Talent scouts at two major Hollywood studios are taking interest in
this young man as well. And not for his stylists talents. He could become the
next Clark Gable in no time at all. I would love to see this potential leading
man on the screen with Jennifer Aniston or Kate Bosworth. Their elegance and
classic beauty would work well with this ruggedly handsome guy who is nice to
boot!
LeAnn Rimes has a new body guard. A six year old German shepherd named Tex is
her newest protector. Smart idea. With photogs out of control and sneaking
around starlets homes, LeAnn has something dependable, warm and protective. She
even learned German since the dog was sent to her from a German security
company. You go girl!
It's too early for me to speculate about Oscars. But seems to me George Clooney
who has never deserved one finally does for his role in the wonderful true
story, "Good Night and Good Luck."
Congratulations to my friend Brooke Sheilds for her new baby, due in the Spring.
